The hotel is absolutely amazing, I had an extremely beautiful views. I had a nice view of the ocean and amazing amentities. The inside of the hotel is modern and clean. The staff is extremely kind and friendly. The rooms are exceptional clean and I was allowed to check in early.

Both Tamila and Teona were extremely professional, welcoming, and helpful. They greeted me with a warm smile, assisted me with all my inquiries, and made the check-in and check-out process very smooth. Their positive attitude and hospitality truly enhanced my experience at the hotel. I am very satisfied with their service and would like to thank them for their kindness and professionalism.

While my overall experience was positive, there were a few areas where I felt there was room for improvement. For instance, the room service was slower than expected. Reception, Ms. Tamila is sooooo helpful. Always smiling, speaks very good English. Restaurant big and nice, always have seats. Beautiful sea view. Bed comfortable.

Shower drainage is broken and even after "fixing" it is still leaking.

Food quality, location, cleanliness and helpful staff, especially the receptionists Tamila and Tamta. Special thank you to them.
