We stayed here for a week and had a great experience. The hotel is located on the 37th and 38th floors of a tall, modern building. The view is amazing. The staff welcomed us warmly and were always kind and helpful. They gave us advice whenever we needed, and after office hours they stayed in touch through WhatsApp and Telegram. As a surprise for our 10th wedding anniversary, they gave us free tickets to a local show. It was very thoughtful and special. Room service was quick and friendly. Breakfast is based on local food and served from a fixed menu. It’s not a buffet, which helped us enjoy good food without overeating. The hotel is beautifully designed with vintage items and interesting art books. It’s also pet-friendly, and the whole place feels warm and welcoming. Our week in Batumi was truly relaxing and fun, and this hotel felt like a home during our stay.

Staff, staff, staff!! Great unique and indie feeling hotel amongst a sea of commercial ones. A one with the nicest and most respectful staff in Batumi imo. The rooms are spacious and each one designed in a joyful and artistic way. They have a piano, videogames, table soccer, hockey table and even a fricking telescope! And their breakfast selection are a glorious start to each day of adventuring. Special thanks to the wonderful Me. Sergei in the reception for his immense kindness. We will definitely come again as soon as possible.

Our stay at the hotel went perfectly - the room exceeded all expectations (we were pleasantly surprised by the view from the room - which was not so impressive in the photos, but was absolutely stunning in reality). The location suited us perfectly, as there is a nice quiet park and beach right next to the hotel, but if this is important to someone - the hotel is not located in the very center of the city (although it is not far to walk to the center). By coincidence, we needed to use an early paid check-in and extend the room for a day - the hotel staff helped us to do this easily and without any problems. Also beach towels are available for guests free of charge (if you, like us, forgot to take them with you), and there are various entertainment stuff located in the lobby - kicker, gaming console, various books, chill zone, etc. In the room itself and throughout the hotel, the interior design is excellent - very beautiful, but at the same time calm and minimalistic.

A bit expensive, you should provide more options in the breakfast and the cafe for this value of money, it is only limited to coffe/tea and 3 breakfast sets.

Everything was just wonderful. It is a very cool hotel in the 37th floor of a skyscraper. Very stylish. Service very good. We will be back. It is on the beach with one bigger street in between. We rented bicycles and rode down the beach promenade at night. Very nice. We loved the hammocks in the room and the very spacious bathroom. Just heaven. Highly recommended.

It is a bit far away from the old town. Coming at night we had difficulties to find the entrance. There was some information fromvthe hotel, but I saw the message too late. Parking is on the street. The hotel does not have a parking area.

Very modern looking room, all the amenities were superb, courteous owners, view on the sea from 38th floor, close to beach, nice breakfast. Booked a smaller room for one person, but was upgraded to a bigger one! Would definitely recommend

Everything was good, absolutely nothing to complain about

Incredible design, beautiful rooms, a very comfortable bed. A lot of entertainment inside available for free — a PS4, air hockey, table soccer. 4 electric scooters to stroll around the city are available for free. A very nice dog and birds welcoming you. And what a view over the sea! This was the best sunset we've ever seen. Very welcoming staff.

Restaurant food could be better, but it was ok (7/10). The hotel is located in the very end of the sea-facing boulevard, so it might take some time to reach the main attractions by foot, but you can of course take an extremely cheap taxi, not to forget there are electric scooters available free of charge in the hotel.

Trendy and clean room, and beautiful views. The staff , especially Sergei, was exceptionally friendly and attentive, always checking on our comfort. They even sent messages in advance, kept food for us in the fridge for our early departure , and made sure we had everything we needed. Truly thoughtful service!

Unusual but great hotel with a superb view out to sea and the south of the town. Breakfast is great and runs to 2pm reflecting the party town nature of Batumi

aircon slightly under powered but not too much of an issue. You need to get used to the Batumi vibe around the place - this is not a bland West European city.

Excellent near beach location. Room balcony has a fabulous view to the black see , park and shopping mall. The hosts Julia and Sergei go the extra step to guide us and ensure we lack nothing.

No parking , no clear signs outside to show hotel name.
