We chose this hotel because we really liked the rooftop pool, the view from the balcony, and the great reviews about the breakfasts. The property lived up to our expectations. We had read reviews beforehand, and it’s true — the service here is excellent! The receptionist helped us several times during our stay and made it even more enjoyable. The same goes for the staff by the pool and at breakfast — very friendly and kind people. The rooms are clean, there’s great music by the pool, and you can order food and interesting drinks. I highly recommend this place and I’m really glad we chose this hotel for our holiday in Batumi. We’ll definitely be recommending it to others!

We stayed for five nights as a family and it was in a very beautiful and calm location facing the beach, the hotel has very beautiful vintage decor! The staff are very helpful and kind, and will help you in any issue, they gave us sea view rooms after our request and were also kind enough to wash our laundry even for free! The breakfast is also good enough with a coffee machine in the morning, and it is never very crowded to be annoying. The rooms are very comfortable, even the sofa bed was comfy enough for us to use for the 5 nights. I didn’t have the chance to use the swimming pool, but it’s also great and is on the terrace with the view of the beach and a bar :) The hotel is around 15 mins away from the centre by taxi but it’s advantage is that the area is relatively calm and quiet at night, so we slept comfortably

Just one strange thing is the first night the comforter was not in its cover and we had to do that by ourselves for the first time. And I hope the cleaning staff would restock the waters and body wash and etc…

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The room was incredibly spacious, featuring a large balcony with a stunning sea view and a well-sized bathroom. We were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade, which made our stay even better. The location is ideal, just a 10-minute drive to the city center and right by the beach, making it perfect for both exploring and relaxing. The rooftop pool was definitely a highlight, offering stunning views and a relaxing atmosphere. The staff were also friendly and attentive. Overall, it’s a cool place to unwind in Batumi.

I had an absolutely brilliant stay at the Boulevard Side Hotel. This hotel is truly fantastic, and what truly sets it apart is its great management. A special shout-out to the Manager, Rezo, who is an incredibly great person. The level of care and attention from the management team clearly shines through in every aspect of the hotel's operation, making for a very enjoyable and comfortable experience. I highly recommend the Boulevard Side Hotel for anyone visiting Batumi!

This hotel has a great manager, speaking good english, always around smiling and making sure everything work as expected. If we needed anything it was just one world and its was done. Our beach facing room had plenty of space, beautiful view, clean and comfortable, with small desk behind the wall allowing me to check my emails comfortably. The hotel seems to be new or just renovated. I love the style of small boutique hotel, stylish furniture, decorations, wall paintings, cosy atmosphere. The hotel serves good breakfast, with selection of cold appetizers, hot dishes, juices, coffee on demand or instant to be done by oursevles, fruits, sweets etc. It does have menu with plenty of good salads, pizzas, Georgian traditional dishes with reasonable prices. We enjoyed quiet, small roof pool with plenty of sun beds, few people only, small bar with driks but you can also order food from the hotel restaurant with ease and enjoy lunch with amazing view from the roof. They also arranged lunch box as we were leaving early morning before breakfast with amount of food, water, juices and fruits we could not eat all. They also have a piece of private beach with sunbeds and umbrellas - and I can tell you that no other hotel around provides that, especially for free. Even if you want to pay, the nearest beach with paid option to rent umbrella and sunbed is located few km away (no joking) and you need to buy one locally and install on a rocky beach or be lying down on rocks.

I liked everything. I cannot complain because I knew I was going to Georgia, Batumi so new what to expect around and this hotel met my expectations 100%.

Staff at the desk was really really nice (allmost all staff was very nice actually :) ) The hotel is in the silent end of Batumi Boulevard, which is absolutely fantastic in the night, where part of the boulevard is a wild tivoli (but also nice, when you shall not sleep there. Roof top swimming pool is great!

Staff at the buffet was rather unflexible when we asked to eat 10 minutes earlier than the formal opening due to long distance travel stress. Everything was ready - but no plates before 8 am! Minor thing, but just last impression…

The service is amazing, the staff accommodated anything we needed! Good breakfast, comfy room and bed, great shower. Rooftop pool was really nice The location was not in the city center, a bit quieter, which was perfect for us (especially when taxis are relatively cheap so getting around is not a problem)

Construction is going on around the hotel, sometimes it can be noisy and sometimes there's a weird smell in the area. If you want a view take a sea view room, any other room will probably be facing construction.

We arrived earlier than expected but they didn’t make us wait for a long time, helped to check in earlier. We loved that the private beach was close enough to the hotel and we could get there anytime we wanted

the smell around the hotel but since we were mostly either on the beach or exploring the city it didn’t really disturb us much

Everything was perfect! The room was very clean and comfortable, the view was stunning, and the sea was incredibly beautiful. The location is very convenient, especially in relation to the airport, and the coastline is ideal for peaceful walks. Plus, there’s no hustle and bustle or traffic jams like in central Batumi. The team was super friendly and professional.
