This was just a stop on a long journey, so I was not expecting a lot. Boy was I surprised! Staff were great and very friendly. My room was roomy and comfortable--with a nice view of the Black Sea. It is very close to the bus station--just a few minutes' walk. A nice dinner buffet is served in the dining room (extra charge), so if you are tired from traveling you don't have to go out again. Also, so many Turkish hotel rooms smell like stale cigarettes, but my room was fresh and pleasant. The real treat came in the morning when I ate an EXCELLENT Turkish breakfast. I was wishing I could stay longer!!

Wifi was a little slow.

Stayed for one night before crossing the border to Georgia. Location is good, right next to a very good restaurant for dinner and also the coach station to get to Georgia or other places in Turkey. Breakfast was very good with lots of options. Room was very clean, comfortable beds, very good shower and lovely view over the black sea. Good wifi.

It was convenient for the bus station, there was an extensive breakfast. Staff were helpful and offered glasses of tea when we needed somewhere to sit when our bus was csncelled

Hot water was not very hot

Room size and location were very good. I also liked the quietness of the room I got. There was also a very good restaurant next door. And walking to the city center was convenient. This hotel deserved a longer stay.

there wasn't much that I disliked.

I liked everything – breakfast buffet was large, room was quiet and modern, shower was hot and powerful, staff were friendly and accommodating. I would probably live in this hotel if I could. And I didn't even try the sauna!

The trucks backed up on the highway spoil the view of the sea, but that isn't the hotel's fault, obviously.

I stayed at Terzioglu Hotel in late February, so I worried that it might be cold in the room. However, I was surprised how warm the room was. Also, I would like to mention breakfast buffet with delicious Turkish dishes.

The staff almost didn't speak English. It was not a big problem, however, sometimes it was hard to communicate.

The hotel was newly refurbished, clean and comfortable.

The staff at the reception was unfriendly and seemed annoyed when we asked questions about facilities in the hotel. Luckily the bell boy was a bit more friendly and was helpful.

Very nice, clean hotel in hopa, employees are nice and friendly. Room was big and clean, it was very convenient for me. Breakfast is also generous. They also made me a sandwich at night even though the restaurant was closed, it was a nice gesture, I appreciate it .

The room was very clean, the bed was very comfortable and everything was felt like a pleasant stay in Hopa. The breakfast was rich and it has many options, being a breakfast buffet. Being close to the center and also to the bus station is a great plus for this hotel.

Oddly enough, a very good roadside hotel. Cheerful welcome. Everything was explained. The rooms are quite CLEAN. It is very important that there is a kettle in the room. The price-quality ratio is reasonable and acceptable for middle-income citizens.
