We totally like everything! Especially workers were great! We really liked everyone: the owner, the manager, the administrators, the cleaners, the chief and all other workers. They were so kind and helpful! We miss them. The manager speaks English. The breakfast was various and super tasty. The radiator in our room was hot. The workers asked us about cleaning service every 2 days. We asked about brush for toilet and they gave it to us. The laundry was more cheeper than in Istanbul and really quick. They returned our clothes to us in couple hours and it was dry. Laundries in İstanbul return wet clothes to you 😢 The sea view from our room and the mountain view from the breakfast room were just great!! It's easy to close and open the room door. There is smoking area at the top stage. We were working remotely and the manager helped us to find tables and chairs. Cleaners stay the cleaned rooms after visitors leaving opened and they become fresh air. The manager helped us to find a bus to Trabzon airport and even helped us to go to it. We went here just accidentally, it was the only hotel on Booking near the Georgian boundary, and we're happy we were here and met all the great people! Thank you all! We love you!! The location, view and staff were excellent.

Although bidets are used in Türkiye, as a foreigner, it's still nice to have toilet paper handy. I typically bring my own when I visit Türkiye, so it wasn't an issue.
