Do not hesitate for even a minute to book this amazing boutique hotel! The staff are incredibly friendly, the villas are comfortable, and the restaurant is the cherry on top – offering a variety of super delicious dishes. Whatever you do, don’t leave without trying their desserts! Everything was perfect, and the price-to-quality ratio is excellent. If we ever return to Artvin, we will definitely stay here again!

This was a fantastic place to stay; so much better than many of the reviews, and much nicer than in the pictures. We were given an upgrade, but all the rooms in the main complex looked nice. Excellent restaurant overlooking the river. Breakfast simple but okay. Location absolutely perfect, as you don't have to go up into the town, which is steep and narrow.

The rooms were spacious and the facilities were comfortable and clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very nice too and the restaurant had different options of food and drinks.

I think they should provide at least some kitchen items, especially the daily use ones. For a family with children we needed extra cups and plates and spoons.

staff were very friendly although they could not speak English there was no drama. the owner is also a very nice person & we could talk through Google Translate :) The restaurant food was very nice & reasonable price &their staff were very friendly with smile

there was a smell in our second villa which was not pleasant & to be honest, I didn't ask them to resolve or reason

Located at the bottom of a steen climb of the city center. Elegant setting and beautiful scenery both day time and evenings

Upgraded to jonsuit acuzzi : enjoyed very much however when finished water leaked.

Location of the hotel is in the middle of Artvin however, it is so quiet and isolated in the same time. we booked for one bedroom villa and we were upgraded to two bedrooms villa with lake view (many thanks). Good space of villa and rooms were equipped with all essentials. breakfast menu is of limited options and dinner is better (amazing Kofte). Highly recommend place to stay in Artvin

- Master bed room has thin curtains not thick enough to avoid light from coming inside - No exhaust fan in toilet and no water shut-off - Bed is hard

The hotel is really beautiful and much, much better than the photos, the breakfast is very good, the restaurant food is delicious and the rooms are nice and beautiful

The location is good, I liked the room next to the river. Staff are great, special thanks to Mrs. Tansu, Mr. Mertcan & Mr Levent for taking care and making sure everything is good for me

I'm allergic to smoking so needed non smoking places which is somehow hard to find in Turkey
