It was conveniently located to shops and restaurants. Hotel was nice and clean.

The price was higher than expected and no breakfast included. My biggest issue was I requested early check in when I booked and didn’t receive a response. I called the hotel 3 times and never received an answer regarding early check in. They just said we would have to see when we arrived if the room was ready. Very frustrating and disappointed as we were there for a wedding and needed to get dressed early. The room was ready when we arrived but it would have been nice if staff could have given us a definite answer before hand.

The location is great, the room was clean and spacious, the stay was comfortable and decent. I really loved the BlueTooth mirror in the bathroom (that was nice).

We didn't have covers or sheets for our pullout couch, the humidifier tanks in the pool area filter was full/needed changing, and the staff didn't bring me bathing cloths to my room when they told me that they would. I didn't get to get breakfast. Also, I didn't like that the tv didn't have the Netflix app and I hated that check out time was 11am.

The rooms are very clean. Staff at the front were very helpful.

The pool was ice cold the first day upon arrival, the second day was cold but not so bad. Breakfast was expensive, I paid $50 for 3 simple breakfast without tea or juice. Then again the area itself is pricey where food is concerned. Also there’s a blue hair lady that took our order her attitude was too much

Clean and nice facility and rooms on arrival. Friendly reception staff and kitchen staff. Loved that there was a fridge, microwave, coffee etc. Loved there was a bar.

Housekeeping staff not very friendly and did not clean room thoroughly. Found long strands of hair on arrival. Even room service cleaning was still not up to par

Very convenient. I was very early arriving sound 8am and they held my bags and let me know I would be able to check in earlier than 3. To kill time I had breakfast at Starbucks, shopped a bit, and saw a movie all across the street from the hotel and checked in. The staff was incredibly friendly

You can hear when people move throughout the halls pretty clearly which wasn’t too bad except for a group of running kids. The tvs also don’t have access to streaming services. Smart tvs would be great

I love the communication of confirmation of the reservation, text reminders and all other communication before arrival. The rooms were huge, I was traveling with my daughters and my 5-month-old grandson who never sleeps but slept very well in your hotel. I love love the diversity of staff. the front desk person was very professional. I was accommodated with a crib for my grandson. I love the free parking and how I felt safe. There were a lot of people staying at the hotel but the atmosphere was very light and jovial. I loved being near the shopping center I walked to starbucks and was close to Summit Field Reservation which was only 15 minutes away.

I didn't like the water pressure of the shower, it was too low. A complimentary breakfast wasn't offered. I did feel safe staying there but I would have felt safer if only the guests had access to go on the elevator with their access cards. The pool was closed, we didn't like that.

I didn't receive breakfast. I'm sure it would've been amazing. I saw the set up for the bar but I didn't see anyone working there during my stay. In their defense, I checked in late my first night, was out early that morning, and didn't come back until midnight that next night.

There was just a small drainage issue with the sink. Other than that, I have no complaints.

The staff was very friendly. we liked the pool facility but the water was very cold.

No handrails in the bathtub. We stayed 5 days. I didn’t need our room cleaned but it would be wonderful if we got coffee cups, coffee pods, fresh glasses etc. delivered so we did not have to go hunt them down everyday. They never fixed our light or safe.

Very clean. Room, beds and bathroom were all spotless and comfortable.

Noise. Awoken by a car alarm around 1am and then noisy guests coming/going in the very early morning hours - between 4:30 and 5am. Was signed up for rewards program that I didn't know I was being signed up for, only to get an email that my room and rate don't qualify to receive points.

I love the property manager there, I believe her name is Tawanna. She makes you feel as if she’s your family member. The entire staff was a blessing to me n my family. I have visited the property in March, April, and now May. I just got back today from visiting my family in West Orange Nj
