Excellent location. Wonderfully helpful staff. Great airport taxi service. Delicious breakfast with many choices. Our double twin room was large with a lovely seating area.

Our room smelled strongly of smoke from previous occupant.

The Property is in a very good location in Banani , yet very quite, with lots of restaurants and shopping malls around in walkable distance, the staff are amazingly good, the sheets and linens were neat and clean, the attitude of all staff is welcoming. Also upon availability there is flexibility in the early check in or late check out , it was an very good experience staying at the OMNI Residency.

the restaurant is in the ground floor and the kitchen is in the 8th floor, it takes about an hour or more to get the ordered food which needs serious improvement of service, and the recipe of the food too is somewhat different but well prepared and served nicely and the service is excellent!

Rooms were clean and the staffs were friendly beginning from the reception.

Buffet breakfast items and food taste could be better.

The property is centrally located with shops and restaurants in walking distance, yet quite and calm. Transportation is easily available, The staff are simply the best , right from the security to the Management they are genuinely welcoming and attend to everything seriously and efficiently. The Rooms are of reasonable dimensions and accommodate everything that is needed .

* The tariff could be a bit more reasonable, at least for longer period of stays there could be some attractive tariff, it is on the higher side a bit for long stays. * The restaurant is on the 8th floor and it takes about 45 min MINIMUM to get the food on the table and the same goes for In Room Dining as well. Need to improve on this

The hotel staff were amazing, always cordial and welcoming. The manager Sayeed was extremely attentive to every need and spoke multiple languages including Hindi and English which made the stay even more enjoyable. The laundry was done to an amazing standard and came very neatly folded and packed!

Some of the hotel charges could be considered quite expensive, such as the laundry charge but otherwise hard to critique this place!

We had such a great stay that we prolonged our stay! The hotel is located in a quiet sidestreet in Banani, with walking distance to a vide variety of restaurants and shops. The staff, both kitchen, reception and housekeeping, went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable - even accommodating services like delivery, (very) early check in and so on. The rooms are clean, spacious and of a high standard, and the breakfast was delicious. We will recommend it!

Well managed, very friendly and accommodating staff. Excellent breakfast, very clean. I stayed multiple days and every day it was kept impeccable clean and comfortable. Quiet street as well as Dhaka can be noisy. Thank you also for the wonderful atmosphere and lunch at Eid.

The elevator makes a banging sound when starting, which you hear every minute in rooms at the 7th floor. That should be repaired, but they moved me to another room and so I retain my top rating for the hotel.

Not a good smell between the room I think because Type of carpet used To get hot water in the bathroom you have to switch it manually and that is a common in Dhaka hotels

The hotel is located in Banani, with enough restaurants nearby. The room and bathroom is spacious, bed is comfortable. Breakfast has sufficient options but a cappucino would be extra positive pinch. Staff is always nice. And the price is very reasonable.

Internet speed can be upgraded, had some issues with videocalls.

Affordable quality clean hotel in business center area (Banani) in Dhaka City. I have been frequent guest in past 2 years. Very friendly and polite staff, excellent breakfast, location is not on main street, hence no traffic noise.
