First of all, everything is very clean. Staff members doing amazing work. They are very friendly. Breakfast is amazing, and in general in the restaurant they have very tasty food. Pool is clean. Pool facilities is also clean and basically they have everything at the pool what you need. Also in the rooms is every facilities what you need to have comfortable vacation. It is great place to stay. Basically you can have amazing vacation here. Definitely will come back here.

The location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to the central park. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel welcomed from the moment I arrived. They were always ready to assist with any questions or requests I had. The dining options were impressive. Each meal was delicious, and I appreciated the variety of choices available. It truly enhanced my stay. The overall ambience of the hotel was relaxing and inviting.

I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the room. At first glance, everything seemed tidy and organized, but upon closer inspection, I noticed cobwebs in the corners that clearly indicated a lack of proper cleaning for an extended period. This issue detracted from my overall enjoyment of the stay. Cleanliness is a fundamental aspect of any hotel experience, and I hope they can improve in this area for future guests.

Breakfast is good Swimming pool very good and clean Rooms are also Good and fully equipped Stuff is very friendly and professional there was an accident, the child fell down and broke his head. stuff's first aid actions were very good. when the emergency came they were surprised.

in my room, the carpenter was a little bit old with some stains it looks not very good but if you check other things you understood that the cleaning service is very good. btw I know about this carpenter issue from booking.com reviews and I was ready for that

Location for cave and parks, abandoned Soviet buildings(do walk up to them, the dogs are friendly esp if you bribe them with treats and the empty buildings are cool), pool is lovely, breakfast is usual but satisfactory

Boy racers (petrol heads) use the wide lane road beside hotel to do donuts etc, the police (very busy on their mobiles when I drive past) don’t seem to care.

They were changing the airconditioning system in rooms and the hall on the 3rd floor, which was a bit noisy and making everything around dirty. They have a nice pool area which they clean nicely but could be better if they make a fence so street dogs don't wonder around you or kids when you are at the pool.

Amazing service Perfect restaurant with reasonable prices. But mainly - we forgot iPods there and called the dad after checkout They tried to find everywhere till they reached the laundry room and did everything they could to send it to Tebilissi on time without charge!

Perfect for a short stay, we travelled during low season - was not crowded at all and swimming pools were closed. Had dinner and good breakfast - excellent service! Walking distance to treatment Halls 2 & 6 - at extra costs but with the discount 15% issued by the hotel.

Welcoming reception staff speaking good English. Room is very spacious with separate living / sleeping areas. Beds are firm and comfortable. Bathroom very spacious and good waterpressure and temperature. Breakfast has ample of options, both hot and cold. Very quiet in the off season. If you like old Soviet relics, this town is the place to be.
