Kakha was so kind and helpful! He gave me lots of recommendations and was very accommodating. The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom spacious with a good shower! The location is also very proximate to town, so it’s very easy to walk around from there. Breakfast was also very expansive and tasty. I definitely recommend!

Parking is a bit challenging on the week days.

It was very convenient that the booking could be made without prepayment and paid upon arrival. Before the trip, all the details could be discussed directly via WhatsApp. We stayed at the Sanapiro Hotel for 7 days in the middle of July. We chose this hotel for a long-term stay in the city with our whole family, and we specifically wanted to stay here to experience the true atmosphere of Kutaisi. The hotel is located close to the city center and all the main attractions. The main person at the reception and the soul of the hotel is Kakha. We felt his care and attention throughout our entire stay. He was always ready to share stories about the history of Kutaisi and help organize trips around the city. Every morning we were treated to a delicious breakfast, and the staff welcomed us with warmth, openness, and friendliness. One especially touching and joyful moment was when my mom, whose birthday happened to fall during our stay, received a bottle of red wine as a gift at breakfast. That truly shows the staff’s attentiveness and care toward their guests. At breakfast, you can also see the hotel’s cat friends — the hotel has a wonderful and heartfelt attitude toward animals.Downstairs there's a coffee machine — just what you need for breakfast. The weather was hot, but the air conditioning was working perfectly throughout the hotel We had a fantastic time both at the hotel and in the city. Thank you! P.S. — We booked a transfer from the airport to the hotel, and it was an elderly gentleman driving an ancient car, but hey, that’s part of the city’s charm, I assure you :) We also took a tour around the city and nearby ancient temples, accompanied by one of the hotel staff in a comfortable car. It’s a great way to see several historical sites in just one day.

The location is excellent right on the banks of the river. The pictures depicted are accurate. Also, it's just a 5 min walk away from the town. Our host, Khaka, is a gem of a person. He made us feel right at home from the very beginning. The homemade breakfast served at the hotel is one of the best we had in Georgia. We really enjoyed the views from our private balcony.

Not that it takes anything away from the experience we had at the hotel, but the parking is a little tricky with capacity for just one car. There is ample parking on the street if there is no vacancy at the hotel's parking lot.

Absolutely wonderful experience. Sat on the balcony drinking coffee watching the river, which albeit slightly less blue than the photo, looks exactly like the photograph. Kakha is an absolute treasure, and nothing was too much; he gave us a corkscrew and nice wine glasses to take onto our private balcony. The room had a full size fridge, which in summer in Georgia is not just useful, but significantly improves the overall experience. Checkout at 12 is a lovely change, it makes the whole experience more relaxing, rather than feeling like you have to rush out and can't enjoy the morning.

Honestly, at the price, it's absolutely great.

Everything was great about this property...Whether it is location, breakfast, rooms facilities, interiors, bathrooms, cleanliness, outside views.... I would say one will definitely be satisfied and happy with the property vis-a-vis price paid. I would say there were four (4) things which i really relished about this property....Foremost the hospitality of Mr Kakha who manages this property, Secondly serene views of river Rioni, Thirdly great location as hotel is in walking distance from all major attractions including White bridge etc. and lastly great breakfast especially for vegetarian. Mr Kakha is a great human who will keep you engaged and would try to help you out in every possible way. He also speaks good English and is a great communicator. He also allowed me to use hotel kitchen for my personal vegetarian food preparation. Overall i really enjoyed my stay in Sanapiro Hotel and would recommend others also. There is as such nothing negative about this property in the given price bracket.

The hotel has a great view of the river which runs through Kutaisi. Even if you don't have a room with a balcony, there is an open balcony where any guests can sit and enjoy the view. The concierge, Kakha, is a very hospitable man and went above and beyond to make our stay great. We were having trouble finding the hotel at first (it's down a narrow side street just off the main road) so he came out personally to find us and direct us to the hotel. We had to leave early, before the advertised start time for breakfast, so he let us in early to make sure we could eat before we left.

The most memorable was definitely the hospitality and the genuine friendly approach of Mr. Kacha the hotel receptionist and client care service during my stay at Hotel Sanapiro. The location of the hotel by the river Rioni was pleasurable and its near central location in Kutaisi was also an enormous asset during our stay. The very knowledgeable Mr. Kacha through his vast experience of Kutaisi and the Imereti province may help visitors to choose the best daily excursions to explore the numerous beautiful sites such as the Prometheus Caves or the Martvili Canyons among other sites worth to be visited. He can also arrange car rentals for those who may require such service. A last appreciation word for the nice breakfast served every morning with various home made fruit jams ,delicious georgian pastries and multiple coffee or tea options.

It is a charming hotel with character, on the side of the river. Our room had a large balcony (actually the one featured in the hotel photos). The room was well appointed and clean. The mattress was a foam one and the pillows were not great.... Breakfast was a nice spread in very pleasant surroundings. Weather permitting there is a good terrace for breakfast, overlooking the river. The hotel manager, Kakah was a "larger than life character", who was charming. He makes each of his guests feel more than welcome. He arranged a driver to our next destination at a reasonable cost.

Finding the hotel is a challenge.... likely best to phone the hotel when you are close to be guided in. The road outside is totally dug up and muddy. (Not the hotels fault but be aware).

The host was super friendly, I felt how important I was as a guest in this hotel. The room was very comfortable with a balcony overlooking the river! It was very clean! Breakfast was also very good with a lot of variety! i recommend this hotel to couples, families, friends and single people! Thank you for such a good stay! The name of the host is Kakha, he even got the present for our little child and played with it in the garden of the hotel, while we had a breakfast and enjoyed the view. there was a very positive and good environment! This hotel is a very good and positive start of stay in Georgia!

Maybe it is better to ask for a phone number before you arrive, we almost got there right because of Google Map, but it just made us turn down the wrong last street.
