Kakha is the owner of this place. He is a very good and generous person. He took us on a trip to the canyons and other places with his car. He explained everything to us. We felt like his is part of our family. He also drove us to the airport. The room was great and near everything we wanted to see in Kutaisi center. There are a lot of restaurants nearby. Also the white bridge and the colchida fountain. We highly recommend the hotel and the trip Kakha organises.

There is nothing we didn't like.

Location is perfect! Room was big enough! Kitchen is well equipped. Terrace is very nice. Kakha offered a great tour and transfer to the airport - we enjoyed his company a lot! :-)

Toilet and a shower are together, and you do not have a separate shower cabin - it could be a bit problematic when there you need to share this space with two more rooms on the floor...

The grandpa and grandma who assisted us are friendly and show us everything so we can be familiarized with the surroundings. They used gestures even so we able to understand what she meant to say. They cannot speak English but even so they are accommodating. The area is very close to everything so it's very convenient.

The place is quite nice they just need to do some proper cleaning specially for the bathrooms since there's a bad smell coming from it. There's no elevator so it's quite hard to bring the bags up but there's a guy who help us to bring some of the bags.

Little hotel with several rooms but it makes it cozy ) there are kitchen and wash machine, so you can cook or clean your closes if needed. Very pleasant and honest administrator who is always ready to help! Near the hotel are a lot of shops, mall, restaurants and cafes ) if you need transfer to airport - very nice service will be organized in time!

Very good hospitality. Warm welcome and for us it was more important how we were handled than the place itself . The place was also good but the way the owner greet and guided through was splended and gave us a life long memory. Love the way, Mr. & Mrs. Kaxa treated our kids

Good place to stay in the center of Kutaisi , good location ,fully available kitchen and good host , I do recommend for another stay ;) Fantastic and very friendly stuff - easy to organize transport from and to the airport great place for short stay

There is only one toilet to share , when the apartment is busy its difficult to have privacy

The nicest host we ever met! Kakha took us on a day tour around Kutaisi, was helpful, welcoming and even gave us some of his wonderful homemade wine. Hope to come back soon! Thank you for everything!

There location is next to bridge (they have small entrance but it didn't matter) Very new property, You can cook for your food they have complete kitchen utensils near to main city and supermarket and kutaisi market and nice people, they are offering pick up and drop off from kutaisi airport which is very cheap almost same in taxi fare. Honestly, everything was above expectations and was too clean and central of Kutaisi, I really love it
