I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, located just 100 meters from the Colchis Fountain, which makes it super convenient for exploring the city. I’d like to extend my heartfelt thanks to the amazing staff, especially Sandro, for going above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. They were kind enough to let us store our luggage before our official check-in as we made a trip to Batumi, which was really helpful. The hotel itself is immaculate and very modern. Our room was spotless and well-equipped with everything we needed. The breakfast was great, and the attendants were always ready to help. Additionally, the staff speaks excellent English, making communication very easy. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Kutaisi. The combination of great service, prime location, and comfort makes it a top choice for anyone traveling to this beautiful city.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Newport Hotel Kutaisi, and it was an outstanding experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel so welcome and were always ready to help with any request. The room was spacious, modern, and spotlessly clean, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was ideal, just a short walk from Kutaisi’s main attractions and shops. The restaurant in Newport Hotel was amazing. They have the best food in the area. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better stay, and I highly recommend Newport Hotel Kutaisi to anyone visiting the area. I’ll definitely be back on my next trip!

A wonderfully situated hotel, just metres from the centre of Kutaisi that was modern and had a superb staff. Nino, the front desk manager, was proficient, friendly and went far beyond the call of duty in helping me make the best of my stay. Others at the front desk that were helpful, kind and supportive were Ana, Alexandre and Sandro. Lana, a manager of the hotel, acted both quickly and effectively when my tv stopped working. Breakfast was superb, filled with fresh choices and accompanied by excellent staff. Luka was most appreciated. At lunch and dinner, David did a wonderful job in serving me by being attentive, friendly and well informed.. On other days, Zura, provided me with excellent service. Overall, my stay was a most positive experience so wonderfully enhanced by their magnificent staff.

Newport Hotel Kutaisi was one of the best hotel experiences we've ever had. The room was excellent and the stuff was very friendly, helpful and always with a smile. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of healthy food and the best coffee we ever had in a hotel. It is located in the center of the town and you can walk everywhere from there. A huge thank you to all the team for making us feel so comfortable. We wish you all the best.

In the center of the city ! Near to the famous fountain. Staff were sweet and helpful . Good view of the cathedral from the room window. Complimentary water was provided everyday and room cleaning was quite good :) . The hotel driver GIGA was very helpful .

Varieties in the breakfast could have been better.

Very cozy, beautiful and welcome people. Also, they provide you with unlimited drinking water bottles. 2minutes walk from the city centre.

Newport Hotel Kutaisi certainly knows how to hire the best people. We made the perfect choice, and we immediately liked quaint, compact Kutaisi. The hotel is beautifully done, very clean, comfortable, in the perfect location. We appreciate the people who run these establishments and must mention: The manager, Lana, greeted us when we first arrived and was professional, informative and friendly with impeccable English. She perfectly represents the hotel. Guri, the young man who managed the breakfast-restaurant was exceptional, impressive. His management, interpersonal, and English skills are amazing. He had class. It was enjoyable seeing him each morning. Elena with her gorgeous smile and Zura also made our stay special. Housekeeping was very good.

The room had ‘clean’ carpet. just me…prefer flooring as more hygienic. (Re: Kutaisi : Appears kind people try and feed street dogs - wish the street dogs, all of whom we saw being sweet, most tagged … had warm places to sleep during those cold nights, especially cold, rainy nights. As temps dropped, a lot were shivering. Kutaisi is rather small with hardly any places for them to sleep. Saw dogs throughout Georgia, as spent weeks on a variety of trips and there are an awful lot. It’s sad.)

Everything was just perfect! The restaurant cooks quickly and tasty. Breakfast, which was included in the price, was also delicious and varied, with a lot of healthy food. The staff was very polite and friendly, they will help you with everything! I can also say that some of staff definitely like K-pop and during lunch or breakfast in the restaurant you can listen to Enhypen or Stray Kids :D It was nice. Thanks for the work!

It would be nice if you would have alternative coffee too :)

first day was very cold in our room and the central heating was not working because it was switch to airconditioning but the day after the problem was resolved!
