The hotel looks a little shabby from the street, but inside it is clean and elegant. The staff was very nice, they printed our tickets and got us a taxi to the airport at half past five in the morning.

One of the few hotels that we stayed and had a lot of groups coming and going. The facilities aren't nothing special but its 20€ per night. The location seemed a bit scetchy at first but it's actually pretty good, close the main city park and square, a supermarket 2 minutes away and a local flee market in the alley on the other side of the road next to the parking. The only thing our room lacked was a mini fridge and a functional bath head but again, 20€ per night. Did we manage to take a shower? Yes. Was it the easiest of our lives? No. The staff was friendly and helpful, they spoke English (kinda rare during our journey), and the dude on the reception was very informative and up to date with everything. Keep it up mate! We recommend it because of the afformentioned reasons and because you would want to spend your money in the city and not on your hotel.

Very good hotel. Clean and comfortable rooms. Located in the city centre. Everything is walking distance. Breakfast is super. This hotel is excellent for this price.

We liked everything

Great value for money, very good location right next to Green Bazar. Easy contact with the staff (but their English wasn't perfect). Beds more comfortable than expected for this money. Clean private bathroom.

Shower didn't have any doors or curtain so the bathroom gets really wet while using but somehow it dried overnight. Also there was no hand shower only rainshower.

Cozy hotel at the edge of bazaar, with several shops in its neighbourhood. Hotel staff is very nice, room was a bit smaller yet comfortable. Fresh towels, shampoo and soap available, as well as hairdryer. From the window was a view over back part of Kutaisi roofs, which was very interesting.

The only lightswitch is close to the door and there are no night lamps next to bed (so I had to use light on my mobile phone to navigate). Shower could be a bit updated so that it does not splash all around. TV was not working, but I just wanted to check the selection of channels.

The location is perfect for the city centre and for the airport bus (5₾, every two hours, from the tourist centre). The bed was comfy, and the room was ideal for two people. For this price, you can’t go wrong. The decor is thoughtful, to the palace theme. There is a roof terrace with good views and free sweets and hot drinks.

The room sizes on Booking.com were definitely an exaggeration, the room was not 30m². The shower could be improved: there was no curtain, no mount for the handheld shower head, and the lever for switching to the fixed shower head was missing.

Price appropriate, clean and tidy, easy to find in the city center

I like the location a lot, very close to the market. there is also a fridge and terrace on the top of the hotel where you can eat and relax. There is a lot of space inside the terrace. Also the hotel looks very nice inside the corridors.

The facilities are a little dated. The lock on the door is jammed so your key gets stuck there a lot (same problem was in September 2024). There was a cigarette hole in the bedding. Some supermind before us has decided to smoke in the bed apparently.

Very good hotel, like

We had an overnight stay before our flight. The hotel provides the great value for money, we payed 65 GEL/ around 20 USD for our stay. The hotel has great location, it is in the city center and all important places are in a walking distance. There are several markets, including groceries, nearby. The hostess was very attentive, she helped us out to print our travel documents and was always ready for help. The room is clean and well decorated, the basic toiletries (soap, shampoo) was provided. There was no extra facilities but it is normal for the hotel with that price. So if you travel on budget or need to have an overnight stay this place is best choice to go
