We had an amazing experience at this hotel in Kutaisi and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome. They were not only professional but also genuinely caring and attentive throughout our stay. Every interaction with the team—from the front desk to the restaurant —was warm and thoughtful. It’s rare to find a place where the staff go above and beyond to ensure you feel comfortable and looked after, but that was absolutely the case here. Their kindness truly made our trip feel special. The hotel itself is spotless and well-maintained, with comfortable rooms and a cozy atmosphere. The location is perfect, and the breakfast was fresh and delicious. But what really sets this hotel apart is the people. It’s clear that the staff take great pride in what they do, and it shows in every detail. The location was pretty good. There was no proper parking. And the street was quite chaotic with traffic, but during the stay everything was ok with the car. The hotel has a stylish interior. But the rooms need renovation. We lived in two rooms and both had very dirty walls. There was always hot water and the room was always warm. Breakfast was good, but the same every day.

Also, the booking page states daily cleaning, but during our week at the hotel, it was cleaned only once. We took out the trash ourselves and bought toilet paper ourselves. There was also an unclear situation with the dog's accommodation. The booking stated that the dog's accommodation was included in the cost of the accommodation, but upon arrival they wanted to charge us 30 euros for the dog's accommodation. As a result, after some clarifications, they did not charge money for the dog. As for the service, it seemed that the staff was very inexperienced. Sometimes there were dirty utensils at breakfast.

The hotel is located in a very safe area, very centrally and easy to find, too, in a walking distance from cafes, restaurants, shops, etc. The hotel itself is incredibly stylish, and elegantly furnished and decorated into the theme of the Theatre Life in Kutaisi and Georgia at the 19-20 Century Shift. This - very interesting - part of the Georgian history is well addressed and depicted by the decor and interior. Great view, including the Bagrati Cathedral. Comfortable bed, new showers, cozy atmosphere. Very friendly and helpful personnel. The breakfast has a good variety, and the food tastes home-made!

Stayed here on April, and we booked 4 rooms My room is on street side, but my sis's room is on the other side which is Bagrati view at balcony as attached. Double room with balcony on Bagrati side is on the 3rd floor with the larger space in room, larger balcony, and better view. Luckily, there's not noisy at night even my room on street side. All rooms are clean and have no complaints. Hotel is decorated with classic styles Location is closed to colchis fountain, central city and supermarket in a couple of minutes. Breakfast is variety and good as well.

Quaint hotel in the very center of Kutaisi. We loved the vintage vibe and interesting decor. Yes, the room was rather dark, but it felt cosy. The balcony was a beautiful addition. The minibar was full of snacks and drinks, we loved it. Cosy and comfortable beds. The breakfast was exceptional with tiny homemade pies and snacks, as well as the usual European assortment.

In our room (quadruple with two rooms) the shower didn't have any partition which is always a disadvantage. But the bathroom itself was quite large so it was ok. Still all the floor was wet.

Hotel was fine for a one night stay. It is centrally located, near shopping and tourist attractions. Flat walk to anything in the center of town. The space used for breakfast (referred to as a wine bar on the street) was interesting and had a lot of historical charm. We felt the space wasn't used/showcased as well as it should have been.

The room felt dated and in need of refreshed colors to match with the public spaces of the hotel. Staff were somewhat distracted or prehaps preoccupied.

Amazing boutique hotel with a central location. Both rooms and communal spaces are very well designed and comfortable. We had two pillows each with different firmness, which is a nice touch. The breakfast is amazing, Georgian cuisine with a twist, very tasty and diverse

The only thing that would be better is to have a small seating area and more space in the room for clothes, especially in the bathroom. We were in a room for 4, and we had only one chair and barely any hooks or shelves

Very nice "retro" decor, terrace in the room, excellent location.

The water from the shower was leaking till the centre of the bathroom. The room was quite small compared to other hotels of the same category we stayed in in Georgia, and... it would have been nice to be greeted with a smile from the hotel gentleman who was receiving guests at breakfast.

It was the first time my 2 year old son got excited about a place. Spacious rooms and very interesting design
