The location was pretty good. There was no proper parking. And the street was quite chaotic with traffic, but during the stay everything was ok with the car. The hotel has a stylish interior. But the rooms need renovation. We lived in two rooms and both had very dirty walls. There was always hot water and the room was always warm. Breakfast was good, but the same every day.

Also, the booking page states daily cleaning, but during our week at the hotel, it was cleaned only once. We took out the trash ourselves and bought toilet paper ourselves. There was also an unclear situation with the dog's accommodation. The booking stated that the dog's accommodation was included in the cost of the accommodation, but upon arrival they wanted to charge us 30 euros for the dog's accommodation. As a result, after some clarifications, they did not charge money for the dog. As for the service, it seemed that the staff was very inexperienced. Sometimes there were dirty utensils at breakfast.

The hotel is located in a very safe area, very centrally and easy to find, too, in a walking distance from cafes, restaurants, shops, etc. The hotel itself is incredibly stylish, and elegantly furnished and decorated into the theme of the Theatre Life in Kutaisi and Georgia at the 19-20 Century Shift. This - very interesting - part of the Georgian history is well addressed and depicted by the decor and interior. Great view, including the Bagrati Cathedral. Comfortable bed, new showers, cozy atmosphere. Very friendly and helpful personnel. The breakfast has a good variety, and the food tastes home-made!

Very nice "retro" decor, terrace in the room, excellent location.

The water from the shower was leaking till the centre of the bathroom. The room was quite small compared to other hotels of the same category we stayed in in Georgia, and... it would have been nice to be greeted with a smile from the hotel gentleman who was receiving guests at breakfast.

It was the first time my 2 year old son got excited about a place. Spacious rooms and very interesting design

Lovely welcoming and hospitality by the lady in the reception during our check in even after the kids in our group were playing and making such a loud noise(minus a serious faced middle aged guy in the reception, may be he doesn't speak English or that's how his nature is and he isn't a receptionist from his looks and attitude ). She was wonderful through out our stay even during morning breakfast time which was her overnight duty hour, tired but still had a pleasant smile on her face. Its a very nice and cozy vintage hotel in the center of Kutaisi. We were group of three families and I got the attic room with a balcony on the maximum floor which is 3rd floor with a very nice view of the church or monastery , loved the Sunday morning church mass bell sound lying on the bed with the balcony windows opened and looking at it (around 9:30 am or so ). Breakfast was included in our package , it wasn't luxury but still was pretty good, the dining area was pretty cosy and vintage again. The hotel is just walking distance from centre of the Kutaisi with McD , few other restaurants in walking distance. For people looking for halal food , there is a halal shawarma place just opposite of the hotel. Also for halal, McD serves veg burgers, cheese toast, fries and soft drinks.

I would have given 10 out of 10 if there wasn't disturbing/irritating noise caused each time when toilet exhaust was turned on. It was too loud and very irritating. No bellboy to carry your luggage's and it wasn't easy to carry it from the street to the hotel then up the stairs to the reception then you got a tiny lift with only 1 or 2 person able to go up to the floor along with your bags. So make sure you have good lifters in your team otherwise its gonna be a problem if you have big trolley bags.

We were a family of one adult and two teenagers, stayed for 3 nights at Kutaisi. Located at 3-min walking distance from Colchis fountain, and at a walkable distance to major tourist spots around the city! Breakfast spread was great for us eggetarians. The staff were all friendly. Had a kettle, glasses/mugs, water bottles, tea/coffee packets, locker, cloth rack, etc. in the room. There were towels, hair dryer, body wash, shampoo and handwash. The family room was very spacious! There was a balcony attached to the room with a nice view and a cozy table & chairs. Highly recommend!

Cute little boutique hotel. Nice staff, nice rooms.

Unfortunately for the hotel, a freak snowstorm/and heavy rain occurred on our arrival. Seemingly our room smoke detector was triggering an alarm all thru the night. After several late night knocks on our door about it, at 02:00 the owner insisted to come in. We obliged(as we had before), I unscrewed it and it still did not remedy their system problem. And to top it off, next morning the downstairs breakfast room was flooded. Regardless, we were understanding and they rewarded us with a complimentary extra night stay and a bottle of wine. Overall this unfortunate incident was handled in a positive and professional manner and for this I commend them.

we love the room, the staff, the location is near the center like three splits ^_^ the family vibe is there, they even offered us to do a free mini tour in the area but sadly we met up with few friends on that day. We loved the breakfast and will come back for that and the people of course. we so love the food they served.

I think the smell on the toilet, its not that bad we are only very specific on smell in general. And I think they need a carpet cleaning soon too. But still I love the hotel (overall) and will definitely come back soon.

Location is great — in the center of Kutaisi. All landmarks and interesting places are within walking distance. The design of the hotel is nice, a bit nostalgic— memoirs are memoirs)) The stuff is very friendly and helpful.

1) It is a small hotel. So everybody you want to invite to your room would be watched by the reception stuff. 2)The room next to my one had a balcony. I didn’t. It was not mentioned at booking page. How do they decide who gets a balcony and who doesn’t..? I felt a bit discriminated.
