A lovely hotel and a great place to stay in Kutaisi. The staff were friendly and attentive and the rooms were spacious and very clean. Breakfast was adequate and set us up for the day. The terrace is exceptional and perfect for summer drinks.

The location of the hotel is a little hard to find a a 10 minute walk to the town centre. Into town is downhill and back is very much uphill - taxis are cheap though...

It was an excellent choice to stay in Hotel Terrace Kutaisi. The place was really clean room, toilet and beddings. They are cleaning the room everyday. Free breakfast was superb as well with choice of your coffee type. Friendly staffs preparing the breakfast and even gave us fresh fruits. Place was even near to city center only like 5 minutes. The reception staff (Ms. Nini) was warm and friendly. And you can have an awesome view of Kutaisi's sunrise and sunset in the terrace. Beddings and towels were clean and smelled good.

Good breakfast with variety of choices, they even have the cottage cheese and sour cream, clean rooms, daily room service, friendly staff, location close to the center, warm rooms.

It is a bit difficult to find at first, because the hotel is located behind the houses and other home stays and you need to walk deeper into the street. The sound isolation is not the best, so you will hear people walking and talking in the corridor, for us that was not a problem, because we sleep tight. Also we found some ants in our bed, they were crawling on us, which was not terrible, but that could be an issue for people who are afraid of insects.

Really cozy and quiet hotel with modern interiors in 5-7 minutes walk from the city center. The terrace, as it's mentioned in the title, is a key feature on the roof of the hotel. We enjoyed fascinating panoramic views from the balcony, fresh breakfast in the morning, lovely garden around the building, responsive and friendly staff. Definitely a great choice for a trip around Imereti region or a short stay on the way from Kutaisi airport to Tbilisi!

The staff were lovely and very helpful. Hotel is clean and seems pretty new. The roof terrace is great, with board games, a bar, shisha and a great view. In summer it would be a lovely place to sit outside as well. 5 minute walk down to the main old centre of Kutaisi (the cobbled bit with the fountain)

This isn't a criticism but the hotel is up a very narrow back street that makes you think you have taken a wrong turn but you haven't. Also there is no retaurant for dinner, just snacks like crisps at the bar, but its very close to the town centre, you can just walk down and find a restaurant

I impressed with the flexibility of breakfast time. Since we had to leave early in the morning, we requested half an hour earlier from normal breakfast time. The staff was nice and agreed to do it for us. In the kitchen we met 3 aunties who prepared breakfast for us. They are kind and nice. Breakfast was so good and plenty. There was bread, pastry, kachapuri, butter, cheese, honey, omelet pie, boiled egg, juice, coffee (not instant one), yogurt, fruit, vegetable. Thank you so much for memorable breakfast. : ) The room was good too.

The room was super clean and equipped with all what you need. Very friendly receptionist who helped with parking and luggage because we arrived late at night. Very good home-made breakfast and a great view of kutaisi from the terrace.

The place was a bit tricky to find ( don't follow Google maps ) Limited parking slots

1. Breakfast was super.. we like it very much. tastey and with good variety. 2. Rooms were clean and with all needed facilities. 3. Hotel arranged airport pickup and arranged taxi for my family to visit nearby places in Kutaisi. 4. Hotel staff was friendly, guided and helped me order dinner from outside.

The location of hotel was bit away from the town center area.

Breakfast spread was limited but it was ok for us to start our day before going out for sight seeing. the ladies at the buffet helped us get hot milk etc for our kids and made us comfortable. The terrace of the property as the name suggests has good view and we spent an evening at the terrace. Room service was done promptly when we were out of the room

The location is bit difficult to find and it is on a slope so if u do not have car it will be challenging. We managed as we had a car with personal driver. Buffet menu can change everyday
