The location is great, near the city centre, there's a 0-24 open shop next to it, so it couldn't be better. The staff is friendly and flexible with great English skills. There's everything you need for your trip, if you want a safe place to sleep and refresh somewhere between adventures. Great price for value. Good wifi and air conditioning.

Other reviews talked about the smell in the bathroom and it's true, but it's not unique to this hotel, we could smell it in fancy restaurants' and other hotels' toilets in Georgia, so it can be a universal plumbing thing or I don't know, but it's not that unbearable at all there. At the weekend there were people partying in the yard, we enjoyed and could sleep despite this, but if you are sensitive to noises maybe it's not your place to stay.

I had a pleasant stay at Hotel Dimasi. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, with all the essentials I needed. The bed was cozy and the atmosphere was peaceful. The staff were friendly and helpful, always available to assist. The location was convenient — close to local shops, restaurants, and public transport. It’s a nice place for a relaxing stay, and I would gladly come back.

I must say a majority of the score goes to their staff - very responsive and helpful and willing to take time to solve guests’ problems. Secured for us a taxi transfer in the dawn to the airport. Great service overall. Other than that the location is great, and the room is spacious.

Soundproofing is not ideal - if there is any event in the parking space, all rooms may be affected.

Nice hitel with very clean rooms. Small balcony without a breathtaking view but it was a balcony. My host drove me around for two days to all the highlights in the region for a reasonable price. He’s a very charming, enthusiastic, intelligent man with love for classical music, a good sense of humor and very aware about his country.

The breakfast. Everything was there, but the room wasn’t inviting, to many people in a little place. But maybe I had bad luck, maybe it’s me.

Lovely stay in a centre of Kutaisi with plenty of restaurants and shops around plus walking distance to main attractions. The hosts are friendly and helpful people, which made the stay even more pleasant.

Bathroom was not good and the shower drain was not working properly still its okey.

Really good service there: Owner is very kind and, I suppose, his family is wonderful! Amazing people! They allowed me to check-in before the official time Rooms are cleanest Breakfast is mouth-watering. Speak both Russian and English, owner is experienced in history and tours- could help you to choose the way you spend a trip. I regret I haven't met him before- I would change my plans for a journey. Receptionist let us wait our plane inside the garden and offered coffee and tea, blankets. Also we again asked the owner to give us a lift to airport - he bought us a delicious sweet cherries on the road. An awesome location!!! There is bird singing in the city center. It's ~800metres from GeorgianBus stop and the main square. Quite place for sleeping and there is no problem with transfer (hotel) and taxi nearby. Family atmosphere is everywhere in this place, great people! Also the main market is in 3 minutes by foot, there you can feel Georgian mood and buy spices/vegetables/fruits/local sweets/ mountain tea. I do recommend to stay there🔥🔥

Property is Good. All the facilities are available. They accept Cash & Credit card, but carry exact change as there are no exchange centers nearby.

Excellent location in city center, friendly and helpful staff, spacious rooms (we got the deluxe with balkony). When asked for, they connected us with a driver who planned a trip to some attractions around Kutaisi for reasonable price.

The breakfast could be better. There is a fruit seller like 5 meters from entrance to the hotel, if they would buy fresh fruit for breakfast, I would give one more star.

Very good place. Big room with air conditioning which is very important in case of the hot weather. The stuff was very friendly and very helpful.
