The location and the service were perfect. It is located in a strategic area of the city, very close to the main square and the departure point for all the tours. All the staff was incredibly amable. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable! The restaurant they have is truly excellent — the food, the service, and the views of the city are all outstanding.

What could have been better: the room cleaning service could be improved for guests staying more than one night. It would also be nice to have some of those little extras usually include in the bathroom and other basic amenities Also, breakfast is delicious and very complete, but I would suggest offering a wider variety of fruits. — but that’s just being picky, because overall, the stay was fantastic.

My experience at this new hotel was truly delightful, largely thanks to the friendly and welcoming front desk staff. From the moment I arrived, their warm demeanor made me feel right at home. The hotel itself is nice and new. It's clear a lot of thought went into the design, creating a very pleasant and aesthetically pleasing atmosphere. I was also pleased to be given a room facing the river, which offered a lovely view. Overall, it was a very positive stay, and I'd happily recommend this hotel to others.

Our breakfast experience was unfortunately quite messy and fell short of expectations. It consistently felt like there weren't enough clean bowls, cups, and other essential utensils available, leading to a frustrating start to the day. The restaurant staff appeared visibly shorthanded and unhappy, which likely contributed to the chaotic atmosphere. Furthermore, the beverage options were quite limited. It was disappointing to find that only Americano and espresso were offered for coffee, with no latte option available. This is a common offering at many breakfast services and its absence was noticeable.

Absolutely fantastic hotel, location, facilities.

The only downside is not related directly to hotel, but driver services that are targeting tourists in front of the hotel and ripping them off and that last day we found out they are in connection with hotel staff. We took this “taxi” to do a tourist tour, agreed price. When he brought us to first location he handed us over to other guy that also tried to ripp us off for extra drive that we did not even want. Full package price was agreed. We thought ok they target in front of hotel but scene from last day… we were leaving and asked receptionist to call us a taxi. Were surprised when she told us how much that would cost, double then what we paid from airport to hotel. And then the same guy that already tricked us coming as “alleged” taxi. This is modus operandi and be aware!

From the moment I arrived, they were friendly, professional, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure a comfortable stay. Their local knowledge and recommendations were invaluable and greatly enhanced my visit to Kutaisi.

Overall accommodation was clean and staff was helpful. They gave us the room early due to over early morning flight . They had fairly good options in the breakfast. The restaurant/Bar at the top is good but does not have the Halal Food Option. The location of the hotel is super convenient. Near to white bridge, park and city center. Surely a good option in Kutaisi

It seems they usually come across service issues such as Lift was not functional for few hours, telephone did not work and had to coordinate with manager over whatsapp. Wifi speed and quality needs improvement.

The room was nice and modern with a very decent bathroom. The location was perfect, right in the centre of Kutaisi and we had a view of the river and White Bridge from our room. The staff were very friendly and were always willing to help. The staff in the rooftop bar were so polite and very attentive. The rooftop bar is great and you probably have the best views of Kutaisi from up there, overall the room was fine and had everything we needed and the hotel had a great location!

The keycard to the room for some reason stopped working about 3 or 4 different times and we had to keep going down to reception for them to reset it which was a little inconvenient and weird why that kept happening. Also the hours of the housekeeping is a bit weird, the fact that they stay until 7PM to clean rooms isn't something I have had happen at any other hotel and maybe you leave early in the morning and come back at 6:30PM for example and they are still going around cleaning the rooms.

Nice place close to city center. Room is little but bed is comfortable for having a good sleep. Breakfast is good to begin the day..

Carpet ground is used and some dirty, wo uld be good to change it. Just had one towel for 2 persons arriving late at night, young girl at reception was not reactive, only had towels the next day from the maid directly..A little overpriced.

The property is located just next to pedestrian glass bridge over the river, in the heart of the city. Lots of restaurants and places nearby at walking distance. Very courteous staff at the reception. My car battery got dead during the stay there and the staff helped me with fixing the car. I really appreciate their timely help to avoid ruining our travel plans. I will definitely recommend this place if you are looking to stay in the heart of Kutaisi to explore the city and nearby attractions.

Nice location, friendly stuff, comfortable double bed and great sleep after late night arrival.

The only thing- we stay 2 adults+2 kids, and I booked suite with double bedroom and separate area with sofa bed. So, sofa bed was not prepared for sleep, we all slept on double (it was most probably 2m wide bed), but the sofa-bed itself was old and very "used", I even didn't want to ask for providing extra linen at night, as I didn't really want to sleep on this "used" sofa... however the bed was new and comfortable! Just consider renovating sofa bed please

We stayed at BW Kutaisi for just one night, and it was a comfortable experience. The hotel is conveniently located near the famous White Bridge and within walking distance of several great eateries. The rooms and bathrooms were cozy and well-equipped, making for a pleasant stay.

Limited breakfast options - especially for vegetarians. It would have been great if the hotel could include more vegetarian-friendly choices
