Apartment aš per photos, extremely friendly and helpful staff, we enjoyed our stay very much. Amazing terrace, especially on a hot day. Location is very central.

A bit of cleaning is needed after shower, however, we were already aware, will only list it here for future travelers. Also, there is ongoing construction work at the time of our visit, outside of control of the host of course, but it was not a big issue for us.

- The biggest room with the biggest balcony I've ever stayed in - Great location - The owners were helpful and polite - The room is very clean and cozy - You can do your laundry for free - Great value for money I stayed for 5 days and strongly recommend the place.

- The mattress seemed old and very soft (if the person next to you moves, the mattress shakes like a jelly) - The shower curtain does not prevent the bathroom from getting wet These 2 items above was the reason for the place to not get a 10

The location is superb. There is loads of space including a very large terrace. Great air-con. The host is very friendly and will try their best to answer whatever questions you may have about Kutaisi and the surrounding area. They are very accomodating. The room has a fridge, which is a bonus for us. Good wi-fi. Ask the host in advance about their winery.

The bed, which is very comfortable with fresh clean sheets, would have looked better if the mattress was fully covered including the sides.

It's our first time in Georgia but the house we're in feels like home, the host was able to confirm the time of arrival even if it's very late (in which some of the hotels we booked told us to cancel the reservation if we won't reach on time) the rooms was huge, and it's super comfy. We even cooked in the kitchen and do our thing, overall the best stay we had. The location is superb, the host is so accommodating, the room is great, it is all worth it.

Nothing at all

Huge room on the top floor of Giorgi's house on a quiet street 2 blocks from the White Bridge, with a couple of antiques and a large covered terrace. Nice to sit on the terrace with a cup of coffee or tea listening to the river and watching people crossing the bridge. Giorgi is very knowledgeable about the history of Georgia and Kutaisi and our discussion was insightful.

This is not a hotel, so no breakfast available. Plenty of cafes nearby though. A couple of small issues in the bathroom that will be resolved.

The hosts were extremely easygoing, communication via booking and irl was a pleasure. We were provided everything we asked for (ticket printing, airport transfer (additional fee)) and beyond (we got some delicious georgian cookies as a gift, which was sooo sweet <3). Apart from that, the rooms were really spacious and we were allowed to borrow some dishes from the kitchen.

A really nice guesthouse in Kutaisi. An extremely spacious room with a lovely balcony. The hotel is very close to the centre of the town (walkable) and on a quiet street, which made the stay very peaceful. We particularly enjoyed sitting on the balcony in the evening. It was hot when we stayed, but the air conditioning worked well and kept us comfortable during the night. Would definitely stay here again.

This was one of my most memorable stays ever. Giorgi is an outstanding host whose hospitality and generosity is unparalleled, probably because he genuinely enjoys everything he does -- and it shows! It was a joy to listen to him share about his life, his beloved winery, his love for Kutaisi...he simply exudes joy and enjoyment -- the best!! He kindly gave my friend and I a tour to nearby areas, and even took me to the bus station the day before my departure so I could get tickets in advance, for which I am eternally grateful. The room itself was also magical -- i could not have expected to find a grand piano in the room, yet it turned out to be the perfect thing I needed for this stay, and brought so much magic. The bed was comfy, the room spacious, hot water worked fine always, AC worked perfectly, location within easy walking distance to city center -- everything is perfect and beyond. My entire time here has been magical and an unexpected surprise. Thank you so much Giorgi for everything. I will be back!!

Temo (our host) was the best host ever. He gave us a very informative tour of the city, was very attentive to us, helped us get tickets to Mestia, and overall made our experience in Kutaisi really really nice. The place itself is clean, comfortable, looks very bohemian and is well kept. Our room was huge and beautiful. Great location! Totally recommend it!

Loved everything about it

I really like this guesthouse. This is a very comfortable place with big and light room. The balcony here is an amazing place to while away the evening. The room looks authentic, but it's very clean and everything is in good condition. It was always a pleasure for us to come back and rest here. Giorgi, the guest house owner is very nice, educated and hospitable person. He is very pleasant to talk to and he tries really hard to make your stay very pleasant and comfortable. I am very pleased with this place and would like to come back again
