Location, check in and check out, reception stuff, clean room

Very bad breakfast - only boiled eggs, toast bread, weird ham and cheese, everything was cold, at restaurant stuff didnt know even word in english, we asked for hot scramble eggs and coffee from coffee machine (pan was at the stove and we offered to pay extra for it) but the girl had no idea what we were talking about, we left hungry

Our 2-night stay at Hotel Ticiani 13 was enjoyable! The rooms were clean, cozy, and provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was excellent, making it easy to explore nearby attractions. The breakfast was passable but sufficient to start the day, and the staff’s friendliness and helpfulness made up for any shortcomings. Their warm hospitality ensured a smooth and pleasant experience. Overall, a great choice for anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable stay in the area!

The hotel's location is close to the centre where there's a lot of shops. It's situated in the residential part of the street but walking distance to the centre. It's safe to go out even after 10pm. The staff are very helpful and they will provide you all the basic details you will need to start. The breakfast is always satisfying.

The room is small. There's something wrong in the drainage in the shower. We had to open the drain so the water can flow out. Not quite satisfied of the cleanliness of the room.

Quite good hotel standards as of Georgia. Great location: on a quiet street but close to downtown. Comfortable bed and pillows. Good bathroom/shower. By mistake the assigned me a better room than booked, and later asked me to move, but finally they solved the issue quite professionally and let me stay in the upgraded room. (On the whole, I do not know if this is a plus or a minus. It was nice of them to let me stay in the better room, but why did they ask me to move in the first place?)

Poor breakfast, and only until 10:00 am. Rooms close to the breakfast zone can get a bit noisy in the morning. Check-in and out times (15:00 and 11:00 respectively) are rather unfriendly for Georgian standards.

Wonderful location, stunning rooms small but cozy. Big tv with Netflix and YouTube. Decent breakfast in the morning nothing to complain about could it be better sure but it’s okay. Reception was very nice and polite and helpful. Clean beds and shower. It was very warm in the rooms but better to be warm than cold. Nice backyard they have very good renovation. Very nice illustrations and art work around the place with nice details in the interior.

Only small issues is that it felt like the rooms walls were thin and you could hear people walking, there is a feeling that you must be quiet.

it is a beautiful hotel, clean and comfortable. The heating was just right and we were so comfortable even though it was freezing outside. The staff there is AMAZING AND BEYOND HELPFUL. Nia is a sweetheart, she was so helpful, found out everything we wanted to know and went out of her way to make us comfortable. The lady who helped us with breakfast and cleaning is also such a nice person. Dima is also such a sweet guy. He arranged his friend Peter who took us around sightseeing for half the price the other drivers were quoting. Peter didn’t just drive us around he helped us also. Even at 2pm when we returned to the hotel Dima and Nia would smile and chat and see if we wanted anything. We are really grateful to them for making our stay in Kutaisi so special. Thank you guys.

We resided in a drive-through for two days. The hotel was something we really enjoyed. The cleanliness and comfort are present in everything. The breakfasts were tasty and filling. A special respect to the staff. Also a huge thank you to our transfer Zaza (father of the administrator). He met us from the airport, did a sightseeing tour around Kutaisi. He took us to Batumi and took us back in 4 days.

Good location, nearby city center and restaurants. Helpful staff, good for the amount of money. Room is nice, hotel itself as well. Huge plus is free public parking on the street next to the hotel.

No coffee from coffee machine, rather poor selection for breakfast. If you will come around 10am and there won’t be eggs, you won’t get them.

Everything was perfect. Room is nice, clean, easy accessable, small but comfortable. We needed an hotel where are no much stairs and here it was perfect only 8 stairs and you can get in to your room. Hotel is located not far from center, some stores and restaurants. Reception is friendly, if you need a help or question they are responding quick and via booking.com and whats app. Room was really warm and ther is an AC as well for hot summer times.

I did not like the isolation of the rooms, I could listen the guy from corridor, who was talking on phone (not loud) from my room. There is a quiet time rule in the hotel, so for the night it should be fine. It was fine for us during the night, none had bothered us. The free parking is on the street, just consider that sometimes you can come and find a parking space a little bit far from the hotel, but it is not a big deal, there is no huge traffic on that street.

The hotel location is very close to the centre. It’s a safe neighbourhood. Breakfast is limited choices but they are delicious so no complaints at all on that. Anna made us breakfast as we sat in the veranda. All the reception staffs are very friendly and accommodating. Thank you to all staff of Ticiani.

More like a construction problem…the toilets do not have drain next to them. Thus the toilet had a weird smell, since water or humidity from floor is stuck without draining from toilet floor.
