The location was ideal—an easy walk to the old town center, yet situated in a very quiet and safe neighborhood. The sense of peace extended to the room itself. The walls appear to be very well insulated; I could occasionally hear footsteps in the hallway, so I knew other guests were present, but I never once heard noise from the neighboring rooms. This made for a very restful stay. The apartment was clean and very spacious, with a comfortable mattress. A real highlight was the balcony facing a quiet, tree-lined street—it was a pleasant experience to sit there and watch the birds at sunset. The practical amenities were also excellent. The WIFI was always fast and reliable, and having a desk was great for getting work done. A huge bonus was the on-site washer and dryer available for guests, and they even provided the detergent. This was incredibly convenient and a thoughtful touch that we really appreciated. Our host was very friendly and welcoming, and overall, the apartment is a fantastic value for what you get.

The primary issue was the bathroom floor drains, which was missing its cover (siphon cap). This created two problems: Odor: A persistent and unpleasant drain odor was present in the bathroom on most days. Safety: The open drain was a constant safety concern, as I was worried about accidentally stepping into it and injuring my foot.

Friendliness and availability of the staff, Irakli was always very flexible and helpful, and arranged everything we needed (e.g. transfer to the airport in the middle of the night). Both bedroom and bathroom were spacious and clean. Modern appliances in the room (fridge, washing machine, microwave oven, stove, kettle...), there is even a dryer on the common area that can be used by the guests. Good location not far from the city centre and can be easily reached by car/taxi. All in all, good value for money.

The bathroom needs repairs, the water doesn't drain from the shower unit so it quickly leaks on the floor. The bed could also be more comfortable, the mattress was not even. The air-conditioning was making a lot of noise.

We were offered 4 bedroom apartment instead of 4 rooms booked in hotel.. it was a heritage house and well done.. it was good 4 our family of 8 and is centrally located...

AC was not working initially.. though weather was good as it was raining but if the windows are closed it gets really hot so AC was required.. the host was travelling outside city post our check-in.. so it took couple of hours for the issue to get resolved at night around 11.30 pm.. Once AC was working we had an amazing sleep..

Very nice and comfortable room having all facilities as mentioned. Also the location is very close to all places including city center, railway station, supermarkets etc.Moreover the owner Irakali is a very nice English speaking person.He accepted our request for early check-in as our flight was early in the morning and also waiting to facilitate our arrival and check-in ..I would love to stay again in next trip.

Washroom didn't have muslim shower which is one of the necessity for our part of world but we brought portable pocket bidet to solve the purpose. Some exchange companies refuse to convert USD without any reason and are rude so got little difficulty in getting GEL.

The room was extremely comfortable with a working AC. Hot water was on and off but it was summer so not a problem.

The location was confusing - not clearly mentioned. Follow the street address but find Apartment complex II and the hotel is on the first floor, diagonally left from the stairs. No sign, just open the door which says 'COVID caution'. The tours by host are a bit expensive. I recommend finding Budget Georgia Tours for your tours.

Very nice rooms, very clean and good location

The discription of the place is not correct. We had booked a house with 4 bedrooms which was also described in the booking confirmation. But when we arrived in the evening we could only get 2 bedrooms (the 2 other rooms was not avalible). So it is not a House/apartment you book but rather hotel rooms. We were 4 friends travelling together and we wanted 4 bedrooms, one for each person. So we had to sleep in dobbel beds, which was not what we had booked (and since we arrived late it was late to find another place to sleep)

The apartment itself was cozy and comfortable, The amenities were well-maintained, The host was responsive and accommodating, ensuring that the check-in process was smooth and hassle-free. However, it's important to note that the apartment's distance from the city center could be seen as a drawback for some travelers.

It is a bit far from the city center

To be honest, It is not a hotel. It is a 4 bedroom apartment and owner let to rent each room. Corridor and washing mechin & kitchen common. Pro : Owner response quickly and maintenance person very kind and helpful. Inside Very clean and good looking. Big supermarkets in the same building unit. Roof top restaurant in same building unit.

Con: Room key need to repair AC not enough

It was very clean and comfortable it had everything you need after a long day in the city. The licarion is very good and everything is nearby and besides that it was super clean which we really appreciated. The best part though was the hospitality from the owner. He was very kind and helped us with everything. He even drove us to the bus station and helped us to get our jackets which we forgot in kutaissi back. 10/10

The room was so much more than what we expected. It is massive and comes with a the biggest bed I’ve seen. The bathroom is huge. The owner is so hospitable and answers very quickly to our queries. He picked us up from the airport at almost 3am with no complaints! Will definitely recommend this place to everyone coming to Kutaisi.
