The facility is run by a family and provides a very cosy environment with a big yard and lots of sitting space. Rooms are exactly as described, extremely clean and well taken care of. There is a common kitchen with lots of tables. The lady that greeted us was extremely friendly!

It would be great to have baby cots available upon request.

The property was very clean and nice, Also the owner was very friendly and welcoming Very calm place with a lovely atmosphere if you are visiting Kutaisi I really recommend this place.

Amazing value for money, its very well built, the rooms have space and are super comfy, the beds are like feathers, I probably had the best sleep here in an 8 day stay! Small balcony also around the trees, and free coffee / tea. Helpful hosts who carried our bags up the first floor. Its a very underrated location, highly recommend if you have car.

Nothing to dislike, actually Casa Calda needs to market itself better, the actual property, rooms and bathrooms are much nicer than how they like in the pictures! Get a nice photographer pls!

Very nice hotel: clean rooms, kitchen. Located in a quiet area. I especially loved the garden and the balcony.

Both the interior and the garden outside were beautiful. The staff was friendly and supportive, they even allowed us to leave one hour later. The room was clean and comfy. We stayed with our puppy and everything was fine.

There was a dog in a house across the street which barked at every passerby. Luckily, it was silent early in the morning.
