It's a wonderful hotel in a convenient location. The staff at the reception very polite and customer-oriented. We got a free upgrade to a triple room which was excellent - spacious and with a balcony. There was coffee/tea station in the room. We loved the shower. Breakfast was also delightful with decent variety and included sweet and savoury options. I would highly recommend it for families.

I visited Kutaisi for a friend’s wedding, and I have to say it was a great experience! The hotel had a cozy atmosphere, and the staff were super friendly and accommodating. My room was comfortable and clean. The location is perfect for exploring Kutaisi, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Plus, the breakfast was good (coffee was great). Overall, I had a wonderful time, and I would highly recommend Hotel Solomon to anyone visiting the area.

It would be helpful if breakfast was available earlier than 0830, even 0800 would be better. As many visitors will be going on day trips which often start at 0900, som0830mdoesmtnallowmtime to have breakfast before having to go to the meeting point

Loved the staff. I forgot my watch there. They called me immediately and were very helpful. I called on their help on several occasions and they were extremely kind and helpful.

A mid to high end hotel of this sort MUST have ice at the disposition of their clients. Especially in summer. No ice, no fridge in the room.. had to ask for basic things like water and wine glasses. Can do better in these departments.

Nice hotel with cool design, clean rooms. There was a nice terrace with a view on the mountains, so that was an added bonus. The room was spacious and well equipped. The hotel is located 5min away from the center and it's close to restaurants and shops. It was a good stay!

The breakfast could be improved, there wasn't too much variety and the quality of the products was only ok. It would also be nice to have a fridge in the room

The hotel was great. We loved allmost everything. The breackfast was very good. The hotel located a few minutes walk from the city center. We enjoyed our stay in Kutaisi and the hotel.

The pillows were a bit high for us which wasn't that comfortable.

Friendly helpful stuff, very beautiful hotel and rooms, everything was nice and clean and there was a lot of space. If we are ever in Kutaisi again, will be staying at this hotel for sure

They just finished the new building so at my arrival they upgraded my room to one of the new once! The room is absolutely beautiful! Was an amazing stay in an amazing place!
