Amazing! Would 100% book again. The staff were incredible, lovely, friendly and very helpful. The room was nice, airy and spacious and I loved the balcony that looked out. Thank you to everyone who made the stay amazing!

There is nothing I didn’t like. I think the only thing I would recommend is tea and coffee facilities in the room, for late nights, as the cafe on site closes in the evening and isn’t staffed.

Really convenient location for cycling tourists like us - the location was really convenient with plenty of storage room for bikes. The rooms were comfortable and clean, the bathroom spacious, the breakfast catered for all the tastes. The staff were helpful. The neighbourhood is really quiet and there is a good restaurant 300m from the hotel.

Quiet location. Located close to Volterra, but you need a car to get there. Good restaurant on walking distance. Friendly person at the reception.

It's a quiet place and not far from the Volterra medieval city.

They gave us a room for persons with disabilities and the bathroom was a little bit tricky to use.

The hotel is 15-20 minute walk from the historic center. We had to use a car all the time.

Clean, comfortable and kindness of the staff. About 20 minutes walk to the town centre. Good Breakfast with plenty to choose from. We would return at first opportunity.

Access roads to and from the hotel narrow with little or no street lights, no walking path.

The hotel clean, quiet, and had beautiful views. It also had a very nice breakfast. It was convenient to restaurants and within walking distance to the old city center. We loved our stay.

There is a kitchen, but without utensils, so the kitchen is quite useless

Clean, nice staff, very helpful for the late checkin, arranging a cot for the kid and tips on what to do in Volterra. We stayed only one day unfortunately.
