The staff was very hospitable. Isabelle (a manager) was particularly kind of helping us to have a pleasant stay. We had a beautiful view of three mountains from our window. We enjoyed a rich breakfast. After ski there is a very charming restaurant to visit at the hotel. We tried some soup and tomato fondue. It was delicious and worth trying! We are definitely coming back.

I wish we could stay there longer. Since we spent only one night we were wondering whether there are any special offers on booking to stay there longer.

Restaurant food a bit expensive

Excellent value vs the high priced properties in Saas Fee. It was a couple of minutes to the bus stop and the ride to Saas Fee was 5 mins. The staff were friendly, the hotel was clean and the restaurant food was nice.

The lights in the rooms could be better for reading and more pillows would be welcome.

Very nice place, few minutes away from Saas-Fee. Big comfortable rooms, rich breakfast included. Restaurant onsite available for dinner. Super friendly owner.

The staff were very friendly and helpful No problems with the dogs, even with the snow. Everything you would expect from a Swiss breakfast. Set evening meal was great value for money. We would defiantly stay again

No kettle in the room. Shower could have been more powerful. Everything else was great.

Not Saas-Fee, but good location with easy bus access in Saas-Grund. Staff very helpful and kind. They went the extra mile. Place was clean.

Staff were extremely welcoming. Food was excellent and the manager went to extra lengths to arrange a late lunch for us. Lovely family atmosphere in the restaurant amd food quality was exceptional.

Can't think of anything

The staff is super. Swiss quality on reasonable prices. The restaurant is good value for money. The location is superb. Good alternatif for all those expensive hotels in Saas-Fee. You can ask for HB too! In the breakfast is bacon-eggs included, but you have to ask for it.
