Very comfortable beds and very spacious shower. Everything you need and more.

The pillow was very comfortable however I felt that it was a bit too big and I got lost in it sometimes.

Very helpful staff, peaceful area and clean room and bathroom. Close to the aquapark and good connection to the train station.

Rooms are very small. They are not suitable for staying there longer - we just needed a place to sleep for two nights, and for that the rooms were OK. We have been missing table were we could play games etc. At the breakfast we have been missing warm food (sausages, scrambled eggs etc.)

Good location: Next to high way and Brigerbad Thermal. Free parking. Easy to access. Confortable room.

Fridge is not cool enough even if I have set it to 7 degrees.

Breakfast was ok for the value and taking into account that this is "Switzerland". Location close to Randa (45min by car) where you can access Europabrücke and 10min more to Täsch (train access to Zermatt).

Breakfast was good. The hotel includes a restaurant including outdoor seating that serves Pizzas and Flammkuchen, including some sweet Flammkuchen (e.g. Bananas and Nutella). Staff was very friendly, polite, and courteous. My sister was visiting and didn't speak German and the staff had no problems switching to English for her, for the hotel and restaurant. Not sure how much of what we were offered is consistent, but the service was very good in two more ways. When we realized we were leaving before breakfast started on the last day but had paid for breakfast, the staff prepared nice food to go in a lunch bag. The Brigerbad thermal bath is a 15 minute walk down the road (or two stops on the bus) and our stay included a discount to the thermal baths (although that wasn't our reason to stay in the area and we didn't ever use them).

Signage was out of date. Breakfast was indicated to be 7 - 10 am but was only 8 - 10 am and we only found this out after paying for breakfast.
