Very good location, clean, excellent staff Breakfast was excellent

For about a week in the middle of our 3 plus week stay the housekeeping staff changed and we’re not as attentive and seemed to skip us a couple of times, before that and then again after the original housekeeping staff came back to our wing and everything was wonderful

Having a full kitchen and sitting area in the room was a complete surprise. The decor was tasteful and thoughtful. The bathroom was roomy and bright.

The building signs, confusing listing two different hotels back to back. The electric went out during stay and staff could not provide directions out of the building. Exterior sign lights were not on after dark one evening, so the parking lot entrance was difficult to see

Check in and check out were smooth. Staff was friendly and informed. Liked the room very much. Kitchen had a full refrigerator and a two burner electric stove and microwave. Plenty of counter space and a place to eat or work. Color scheme was pretty. Bathroom was immaculately cleaned. A/C kept us comfortable all night. We go for football and will definitely book here next season!

Stayed before, room was nice

Wow! Things have changed. Again, had to change rooms as the TV work. The room was nice but not as clean, didn’t have the same offerings as prior visits and what we did have was used previously (1/2 filled bottles, no soap, dirty floor).

Location. Good breakfast. Comfortable

I was a little concerned that THE US Flag wasn't at half staff for President Carter. I brought it up with the front desk attendant and still nothing happened

Seemed to be a lot of kids, but not too noisy after 10:00 , need more variety at breakfast

The staff were great especially Betty and Elo! The hotel was clean, bright and smelled nice! The rooms were great and the layout was really nice!

The location, the staff was very accommodating, the hotel is new and has the new hotel feel and smell. The shopping/restaurants surrounding the hotel were a bonus.

Fast easy check in, employees are super sweet and helpful, breakfast was always hot and fresh

Air conditioner leaked all over the floor making our bags wet

Room was beautiful and staff was friendly.

We had plans to go out the night we booked and requested iron. We were informed one would not be available until the following morning. Several light bulbs needed to be replaced in our room.
