The hotel room was large and comfortable. The staff was always pleasant and polite. The hotel restaurant is beautiful and has great food! We really enjoyed it. Breakfast options were great as well. The travel desk was especially helpful for us – we wanted to visit one of the nature reserve in the area, and the travel desk lady recommended us of a good one. She also arranged a driver for that trip and for the trip we did the day after, to Brindavana Gardens. We also tried the spa on our last day, and we highly recommend it.

One our first morning, we had some drilling noise just above our room. But the hotel team was really helpful and quick in resolving it. Thank you!

only stayed two nights and it was fine for this. The service was good, the shower was very nice.

the room was advertised for up to three adults and booked as such but the third bed was basically a folding camp bed which hadn't been set up yet when we got to our room in the evening (after confirming the arrival times a couple of times) The room wasn't really big enough for three beds either. The quality of the breakfast was not great, bread was dry and a lack of choice. The jungle theme of the restaurant was a bit weird and made the room very dark.

Loved the variety of dishes at breakfast…..delicious. Especially liked the 6.30am swim with only a few pigeons for company. Staff are all extremely pleasant and helpful.

Noise from room above….perhaps renovation taking place or a very noisy guest. Didn’t want the hassle of moving….just played some music the mask the banging.

Breakfast Swimming pool……a rooftop treat…..swimming alone with a few birds around….wonderful. The location is excellent being so central.

Guy with the chef’s hat on did not have a clue when I asked about having a dosa, he just vaguely waved his arms about in the direction of the opposite end of the serving dishes. I could not see any way of having one! A selection of herb/fruit tea bags would be appreciated.

We (family of 3) stayed for 3 nights & had booked Luxury double room. Was a very pleasant and happy experience. The room including the bathroom was impeccably clean, spacious & comfortable with soothing interiors. In house restaurants (Gufha particularly)were excellent. Buffet had a very palatable spread. Roof top pool was clean with a peaceful ambience. Staff were very courteous and polite. Location of this hotel is best in Mysore with nearest proximity to the main attraction- Mysore palace. Overall superb stay and loved every bit of it.

Must mention the exceptional courteous and honest approach of the front office lady executive Nitika. It so happened that Booking.com voucher for accommodation did not include complimentary breakfast. However when I checked in she informed that, they have received booking with breakfast and it will be provided to us complimentary. And we had a fabulous breakfast courtesy Nikita. She could have simply gone with my booking and deny the breakfast within the booking charges. I found her approach very heartening.

- Service like room service was awesome. - Staff right from reception to room service everyone were very courteous. - Rooms were clean and hygienic - Location is good. - Marshalls or security managed and directed for parking very well. Including valet parking at times was faster service.

- Expected more shampoo and moisturizing cream at bath room - Missing conditioner - When 3 of us are staying the requirement for 3 set of toiletries need to be understood. Including 3 plates to be provided beforehand after ordering for room service. - Entry to hotel through car needs to be regulated due to traffic and it takes time.

Very good service from staff Everywhere was very clean and orderly The breakfast included was very good loved that there was a pool and 3 restaurants within the hotel which all serve good food (Dosas especially!). Also you can get room service. We got upgraded for free on arrival which was the best surprise, THANK YOU!

nothing really - thought it was a bit strange having the pool accessible only through the restaurant, felt awkward walking through there to go for a swim

Great value in very good location close to palaces and temples. Nice pool Very clean. Good breakfast and restaurant with good menu selections. The massage treatments were excellent. Ramesh is very well qualified knowledgable and skilled at his trade. I would recommend him to anyone. My wife’s massage was equally good.

The room was clean and beautiful. My husband and me were there with our grandson on a small vacation. The hotel provided us an extra cot and bed even without our request. That was a beautiful gesture. The reception staff and the helping and house keeping staff were all courteous. The breakfast items were all good, especially the Pongal and tamarind chutney. Lunch at the Andhra ruchilu restaurant was good but expensive.

The head of food was a bit rude in behaviour. He seemed to judge people by their attire. There weren’t any butter knives or teaspoons or tablespoons or forks on the table in the spoon stand and when asked for a knife, his reply was a rude’ they are on the table madam’. On the previous afternoon at lunch too, when we complained that the fish was a bit sour, he was enjoying a joke at our cost and laughing at us with his colleague. It didn’t show his culture. Except this person the serving staff were very good and obliging.
