Breakfast very nice, especially the home made bread. Eggs cooked to order otherwise no hot food. muesli and fruit. cheese and ham. croissants. Some weird juices and teas. Room small but adequate and quiet with tree view. All staff very friendly and English spoken. Easy walk into town and restaurants (best to book first). Onsite Restaurant listed in Michelin so not large meals (which was relief!) and very nicely served. The chef is fond of 'mousses'. Small set menu of the day plus some extra dishes - see webpage
Bedside light is hard to read by. Parking difficult, only 4 spaces. the chef does not properly cook fish all through so it was still a bit raw. No drinks menu - recommendations by server - if you have to ask the price you can't afford it! When the quay has been finished outside it will improve the site and possibly the parking.

We wanted to leave our bags at the hotel a bit earlier to travel to some villages near Hal without having to carry them around, and the staff opened the doors remotely, giving us the chance to drop our stuff at the reception, which was really kind. The room was nice and spacious, with a huge bed and a nice bathroom. Breakfast was amazing, it was probably my favourite thing about the stay))
The bed and pillows seemed to be kind of tired and lumpy, and that's probably the only thing that should be improved. The room itself seemed slightly darkish, probably because there is just one window facing the street (and getting the light).

The lady and reception was lovely. Checking took just a few moments. Our room was overlooking the inner courtyard where we could also park our car. There was absolutely no noise and the entrance gate was locked at night for added security. The room was furnished with proper furniture, the bed was very comfortable and there was also a little fridge/mini bar. I asked if it was possible to have some hot water for a cup of tea and I was given a kettle for the duration of our stay.
Everything was fine.

My stay was pleasant. The breakfast offered was good and delicious. The receptionist and restaurant staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The room was clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable environment to relax in. The availability of private parking was a bonus, and the hotel's location made it convenient to explore the town or areas nearby. Overall, I had a pleasant experience at Les Eleveurs and would recommend it to others looking for a comfortable stay in Halle.
While the furniture appeared a bit outdated, it was nevertheless clean and functional. Additionally, the walls/doors seemed to be thin, so some noise from neighboring rooms or the corridor is noticeable.

The room was very nice and spacious, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom was modern and had a nice skylight window which let in a lot of natural light. The breakfast was really good, with lots of variety and the staff were really kind and helpful. It was great to be able to park right in front of the hotel. The train station to go to Brussels is only 500m away.
The bathroom was a bit small, but not too bad, There are a lot of stairs, stairs to go up to the room and more stairs to go up to the breakfast room, if you have mobility problems, that could be an issue. There were no plug sockets to charge your mobile and other devices next to the bed (this is a must nowadays). It was a bit more expensive than other hotels on our trip, especially if you take into consideration you are not in Brussels, so you need to take public transport to get to the capital.

We arrived by bike and one of our group had an incident and was taken to hospital for several days. Since the incident happened during the day of our stay and we were too late to cancel this persons room, the manager did not charge the room. Also the helpfulness and kindness of the staff was above expecation. If you are staying overnight around Halle, Hotel Les Eleveurs is the place to book!!!

A hidden gem straight across the street from the train station From very friendly staff to very relaxing and comfortable rooms, away from the street noise The restaurant was phenomenal as well.
Unfortunally the bathroom did flood each time the shower was put on. This was not an issue but keep in mind... the reception does have certain opening hours.

Very nice staff, good location, excellent breakfast made with top-quality ingredients and the croissant is world-class. Parking is a bit tricky, but even manageable with a minivan.

Everything was perfect. Friendly staff, stable wifi, excellent cleanliness, great decor, good location, free parking, etc. We were very happy with our stay.
If I have to nitpick, I could say something about the quality of the mattress but that is also personal preference. To be honest, we had nothing to be unhappy about.
