The room and bathroom were super spacious. We had a family of four with two older kids. We had a king-size bed and two twin beds. Everyone had access to charging ports. The decor was super cute. The hotel was located within 5-10 minutes walk from Brussels Midi train station. It was wonderful!The staff was super helpful as well.

There was nothing I didn't like

The family room was much bigger and more comfortable than we had expected and the pictures thereof on their site do not do it justice. The decor throughout was excellent and the free arcade games in the basement were a plus. On odd "ballroom" with an oversized low hanging chandelier was an amusement.

The location while perfect for reaching the station for day trips out, wasn't great as we often just did not feel as safe as we would like on a holiday. This was probably not helped by all the construction ongoing in the area. They had board games in the lobby but there was no option to take them to the room to play. They should consider this with a refundable deposit option.

The hotel was extremely kid-friendly. Our son loved all the comics on the walls and insisted on borrowing a different comic book to read every night. Our children greatly enjoyed the playroom. The luggage lockers were easy to use and great value when we had most of the day to spend in the city after checking out. The staff were friendly and accommodating.

While the hotel was close to the train station and metro, some areas around the hotel did not seem very safe. We opted against getting the breakfast because of the high price.

The location and staff were very friendly and accommodating, and is within 15 minutes of the Gran Plac, shopping , tram station and other things. The hotel itself is just beautiful and very artistic. Our room was larger than we expected and we loved the setup. We also appreciated the community area on floor 3 to get water and store things in the fridge. We also appreciate the recycling ability. My daughter's really enjoyed the playroom downstairs. It had old arcade games. I was excited when I saw those. Thanks for a wonderful experience.

I didn't like that they don't have the smaller face towels.

The cleanliness and the really amazing cartoon theme. The very affordable sauna (which wouldn't be if it wasn't a price per room so please don't change that) which was really nice. The available fridge was nice too.

- The shower was hard to dial: a small change could go from very cold to very hot. - There was sometime an odor of rotten eggs, especially when flushing the toilets. We think it came from the sewages. It happened quite often. - The room cleaning staff are sympathetic but a bit too insisting. We had a first time (totally our fault) where we put the wrong sign (Please clean the room instead of please don't disturb) where it was totally our fault. But without a sign, we were also signaled by a very audible "room cleaning": my thought is that room cleaning should be explicitly asked if it's not the client last day (but that may just not be your business process).

I saw a few reviews that mentioned staff being unfriendly but we had the total opposite experience - the staff member who checked us in late at night was so friendly and helpful and again the staff member who checked us out in the morning was super nice. The whole vibe of the hotel is fun and great for kids. Being able to store our suitcases in the lockers was really helpful and very cheap! Our room was excellent with fun bunkbeds for the kids and a big comfortable bed for adults. The bathroom was clean and water pressure was great (why does no one else comment on this in reviews?!) We didn't get breakfast in the hotel but it smelt delicious when checking out in the morning.

The only thing letting down this hotel is the location - if they could move it somewhere safer then it would be better for families - but then would also probably be more expensive. If arriving late at night then get a taxi - DO NOT WALK FROM MIDI! During the day it is ok, we walked into the centre and also to the train station with no issues, but at night, no way.

24x7 reception, easy to use storage locker, and walkable distance from the Brussels Midi/Zuid station are all extremely convenient for travelers using the Eurostar. The rooms were more spacious than how it appears on the photo. The bunk-beds had "guards" so younger children can also use them (and they usually want to!) without the worry of falling off. The restaurants in and near the hotel is also open until late. Walkable distance to the main tourist attractions. Staffs are friendly and helpful. The kids loved the comic themes!

Nothing much really. The neighborhood seemed a bit unsafe at night, but we haven't noticed any troubles during the two nights we stayed.

We had a great experience during my stay at this property. Everything was well-organized, and the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Positives: The amenities were excellent, providing everything needed for a comfortable stay. The location was convenient, near the Midi station, which made transportation very easy. The property was well-maintained, and the atmosphere was welcoming. Minor Note: While the location is close to the Midi station, it’s about a 20-minute walk to the city center, which can be a bit challenging in colder weather. However, this was a minor issue compared to the overall positive experience. This stay exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable place to stay. I’d gladly return in the future.

Staff were friendly and seemed happy to be there. This included Reception, Manager of restaurant area, cleaning staff. Room felt comfortable and homely. It was really clean and I was happy to do Pilates exercises on the floor! Breakfast was good value for money for central Brussels Location very convenient - within 10 minute walk of Gare du Midi. 15 - 20 minute walk to Grand Place. Good public transport links in under 5 minutes.

Dinner. The entrees were good - variety and fresh food. The hot food, however, looked as though it had been keeping hot for a very long time. Apart from one vegetarian dish, the other dishes were meat heavy with no hot vegetables either in the casserole or on the side.

The breakfast was excellent. The tray of freshly cut selection of fruit was a cherry on the top of great selection of different meats, cheese, salad, and pastries. The hotel is close to Gare du Midi. There is no need to take a metro as we had an impression from some of the descriptions.

We were surprised that we had to pay for the luggage storage. Usually, hotels provide this service for free.
