The hotel is relatively near Don Mueang airport (20' by car with morning traffic). It has a good parking lot. It's been nicely renovated and the room colours are relaxing and pleasant. Despite a busy road vicinity rooms have good sound isolation. The breakfast buffet is good, even though the taste is milder compared to typical Thai cuisine.

The check-in took a bit longer than expected, but they accepted both credit card and cash. The shower head hanger was broken and the head felt down as soon as I opened the water. The room (superior double) was a bit small, the mattress a bit too stiff and the pillow too tall.

Well-run with helpful, professional staff. Clean and comfortable. Just one or two food options nearby but generally little to see within walking distance. Restaurant just across the street is very good. Very convenient location for immigration offices.

Nothing wrong with the hotel itself but nothing of interest in the vicinity. The walls seemed to be a bit thin so I put earplugs in just in case as sleep was a priority.

The hotel is clean calm and cosy. Breakfast options were limited but good. Near to the IMPACT Exhibition Center. The Parking for Car and Bikes is Good enough. The place wasn't crowded at all. The staff speaks politely and can speak basic English.

There is no public transport and you have to take a taxi. The main road has construction in progress for New Metro maybe, that is near to completion. The check in time is strictly 2Pm.

Value for money

Location near DMK airport, 7-Eleven, and BTS. It is just far from some places to visit but manageable. The staff is great. The restaurant is okay.

We can hear people’s footsteps and conversations if they pass by our room. I suggest they should at least complete the toiletries such as a toothbrush, hairbrush, and slippers.

Hotel was clean, staff were great, quiet room, good aircon, good toilet / bathroom, plenty of hot water and soaps. Smoking area under cover outside, Convenient for the Thunderdome and Don Muang Airport.

Could have supplied a toothbrush and paste as it is getting worse taking gels or liquids on flights. Double bed could have had bedside table and lamp at both sides instead of one side only.

A return visit to this clean and efficient hotel with helpful professional staff, and a good location for appointments at government offices. Comfortable room. Great little cafe across the alley.

Nothing I didn't like about the hotel, but I'd point out that there isn't much in the immediate vicinity apart from one great Thai food cafe. The petrol station nextdoor has a few essentials for sale but does not sell alcohol.

I liked everything about the room and their services. It was just an amazing experience. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff were very helpful. The location was also nice.

I just didn't like the lighting of the room. In the day time its very nice and bright but at night because of the lighting in the eoom and washroom it gets a little dark. Otherwise, everything was exceptionally nice

Very good location especially when you land at DMK airport and join events at Impact Arena. The hotel also near 711 and MRT Pink Line. Reception available 24/7. The hotel is clean. The staffs are friendly, polite and helpful.

Nice hotel. Just had an overnight stay with my girlfriend. Had everything we needed. Especially being close to the bus station which was the reason we chose there.

Was only a quick overnight stay on the way to another destination so no complaints. Very clean and very kind staff. I would definitely stay here again or recommend to friends to stay here
