A new hotel with modern styling. Light coloured tiling through the reception and hallways gives a clean and fresh look. The bedroom was excellent. Beds split into a twin room as requested and a nice enclosed balcony to the front of hotel. Bathroom has a great walk in shower with towels and toiletries. Level access from outside into reception and a lift to the upper floors. Breakfast is €10 which includes orange juice. Toastx2 and ham. Yoghurt. Jams. Cake and tea or coffee. This was good quality and happily paid. Hotel is on Camino route and is a very good option when staying here. Puentedeume is a beautiful town with busy evenings and lots of small narrow streets to explore with market stalls.

It's a town centre location which will always include some public noise from the narrow pedestrian streets. This should not lessen any review for this superb building and location.

Everything. The hotel is perfect. Such a relief to stay ay a fully renovated hotel after previous old hotels in small Galician cities. It should get rated with more stars. The bathroom was perfect. Very clean. Everything new. Loved the sustainability policy of the building and the clean tourism model they promote. We even gotnideas from the decoration for our house. Access is digitalised, most easy and secure so you can enter and leave at ease. Perfect location in the city center. No noises. I would fully recommend staying here. I rarely leave reviews unless it is exceptional.

It was a clean renovated modern boutique hotel with a comfy king sized bed and rain shower . It had new windows and shutters which block out any noise from the street ( and make it dark but there was also blackout blinds. It has both heating and air conditioning and a lovely elevator. It’s self check in was efficient and the room had the tiniest wee mini fridge. I had booked into another place that was horrible upon arrival. I booked the Albatros late. The owner called me directly with the door code info and offered to attend at the property if I needed help. This was quite late.

The room was very cosy and nicely designed. Beds were comfortable and had nice soft blankets. Bathroom as well super stylish. The room had a small balcony where we could face the alley. We were very close to central and near the pilgrim path, so pretty convenient location. We received the code to get into the property and had no issues.

The shower was a bit challenging, I couldn't open or close the shower without a towel wrapped around the handle, as the piece of handle was missing so it was too hard to turn it. The water was also everywhere on the floor in the bathroom and made everything wet. We stayed only one night, but if would stay for more that might have been a big issue. Downstairs we had a coffee shop and since Spanish culture is to go out late, there were quit noisy, but we were very tired so slept well.

We stayed in The Albatros while walking the Camino. The hotel is situated in the village. It is a lovely place to stay and it was so clean. Our room was perfect for one night. At night there was no street traffic to be heard. This hotel is very well looked after and extremely clean. Our breakfast was lovely, and the staff were so friendly also. I would recommend this hotel.

A larger sign of the hotel name would be good as we did have to ask for help to locate the Hotel. Other than that everything was perfect.

We loved the location, and the communication with the property was easy and straightforward . Check-in was flawless, and the hotel was so comfortable after a wet day walking on the Camino Ingles. The location is right in the centre of town with lots of cafes and restaurants close by. The breakfast here was superb. It is well worth having. We loved it. Thank you!

Seriously stylish room, beautiful historic building and wonderful period window feature, absolutely fantastic shower with lovely products, water and biscuits provided (a nice touch), very easy to access the property, great breakfast available at an early hour

Pillows were a bit thick and hard for my liking - would have like a softer alternative

The hotel is new and clean, and 50m from a supermarket with toiletries such as tooth brushes. The staff at this hotel was exceptional and Sara went out of her way to help us when we forgot our GoPro. Taking into consideration the great breakfast, excellent location, proximity to restaurants and market, exceptional staff, renovated clean rooms, and ease of access with electronic check in, this is clearly the best stop for all travelers but especially pilgrims on the Camino.

It was all perfect. Easy access with a code that they sent you in whstsapp, place was SUpER clean and very quiet, in the morning they offered a free coffee downstairs! Bed and Facilities were totally new and sterile clean, great job

The room is a bit small and there and the window was into a house across a street, but for an overnight stay this was absolutely no bother.

Amazing hotel in the center, that allows dogs and provided dog bed and bowls already in the room. The hotel is beautifully decorated and the room was big and clean. Only thing missing was coffee machine but they made you one for free on the restaurant downstairs.
