Much better than expected based on other reviews. Our room was very clean and comfortable and included jug, microwave, fridge, plates and utensils. Plenty of space in the room and easy access being able to park directly outside the room. Owner's directions were clear to obtain the key and directions for checking out.

I would've liked to have known about the microwave, toaster, cutlery and crockery. Those details weren't in Booking,com. The bathroom sink was leaking through the S bend. I tightened it up and that seemed to fix it.

Room was lovely. Location is great. The verandah that is in the picture. Robyn and Deb (staff) were both friendly.

Check in process. As it is self check in it relies on many variables to function. These variables didn't work for me; not received message with info required, not having mobile service in Dartmouth. Luckily, Robyn was there to help out.

lovely quiet and slightly isolated location close to fishing and alpine activities, nicely refurbed room with modern furniture and excellent air con. Adequately equipped share kitchen was a bonus but could do with a few more pots. Close to pub and public phone box as there is no Optus coverage

The pool was cloudy and looked like viral soup and the surrounds were really muddy and mucky, there was only old outdoor furniture which had no cushions and the kids were using for a diving board..not inviting at all - need a few banana lounges at the very least. Just need a few pots and pans as bbq for 9 days straight a bit much. The bed was very average and quite firm/hard, ended up with shoulder and hip pain after 3 days :( Also cistern broken and taps dripping incessantly in room 14

The motel was very clean and modern, facilities were great and the location is just beautiful. The pub across the road does a very scrumptious dinner!

Only criticism is the tv took up a bit of room on the small table, would be perfect mounted on the wall.

Quiet & very clean. Host was amazing as pub across the road was closed for dinner meal & he gave us a frozen meal for free. Closest place to get meal was 15 minutes away which we didn’t want to do after a big day driving. Huge thumbs up 👍 for Chris.

A great place to stay surrounded by some of the best motorcycling roads in the world,nice local pub within a few minutes walk for a decent meal and a drink run by friendly staff.

We had a group motorcycle ride and the destination was fantastic. The rooms were exactly what we needed and very good standard for the money $$ will definitely go back again..!

Great location across from the park and pub. The room is dated but was a good size and very clean. The use of the communal kitchen was an added bonus.

Location was terrific, right opposite the hotel where we went for our two main meals. We were close to lots of attractions including the Dartmouth dam. There were plenty of places to hike also.

The only thing we found annoying was our front door handle, previous guests were obviously rough with it. The door is actually cracked around the handle area and needs attention to make it work properly. Since we stayed there previously the airconditioning has been upgraded to a split system which was quiet and much appreciated.
