The room was cleanly maintained and was spacious enough with a pleasant view. The staff was amazing, they are very helpful though out the stay. Special mention to Shaan who was always in 'happy to help' mood. He explained the whole region and how to go around with so much excitement. Loved interacting with him. The restaurant serves good food and the staff there was very friendly. While they don't serve breakfast, the over all experience was excellent.

Only thing which was negative in my stay was the sound which we hear from the bathroom. When we complained, Shaan came in and checked to realize that it happens to be the pipe which runs through the bathroom to the upstairs, whenever the shower is on in the upstairs the noise was made. Its understandable that its an old property and these type of things are common.

Allocated parking bays are a bit tight, but there is plenty of other parking.

Our room was very spacious and clean. The beds were made every day and had everything we needed for our stay. The room has a small balcony and was more than enough for our group of 3. We arrived late at 11pm and the room was ready with the heater on nice and warm ready for our stay. Communication was great and the owners were very welcoming, professional and friendly.

Our double bed matress was a little hard but other then that everything else was more then you would expect for a motel.

The staff were great. Room very clean and well set up for a family and pet. The dinner is highly recommended was delicious. The place is an older style motel but you can see it is really well looked after. The family owners efforts maintaining the place can be seen everywhere. We had great stay. If you're looking for a place near Bright without the craziness and expense this was a great find. Don't be put off by minor things being a little old.

A nice mountain view from our "balcony" helped us to relax. When checking in, we were originally assigned an upstairs room. My wife and I have difficulty navigating stairs, and although we were happy to take that room, the Receptionist quickly changed our room to downstairs. They went out of their way to make us comfy and was greatly appreciated. Apart from that, room and amenities were above expectations.

The staff were amazing. The room was clean and comfy. We had our small dog with us who was welcomed and allowed to stay with us in our room. The Restaurant was fantastic, I love Indian food and the food was great. We sat out on the verandah enjoying the views over the country side. Overall the motel had a friendly relaxed feel with all guests/visitors seeming to be having a lovely time. We would stay again.

The staff were friendly and very helpful by giving me a lift from the coach terminal to the motel, and in the reverse direction the next morning. My waiter for dinner in the dining room was courteous, attentive, and made a helpful suggestion about dessert. The place was quiet.

The cost was more than I really wanted to pay, even though it was reasonable given that I was there in a period in which many people stay in Mt Beauty.

The view was great, the room was clean and well equipped. The staff were extremely lovely and very helpful and warmly welcomed us and even went to the extent of having a local friend of theirs to guide us through a driving route for the next leg of our journey. The food in the restaurant was excellent. Would definitely recommend to friends and would love to return for another stay.

Would have liked to have had an iron in the room. The Wi-Fi connection was unstable.

A clean, very spacious motel room in a perfect location close to the Mountain Creek footpaths to explore the Victorian Alps near Mt Bogong. The staff were wonderful. Boooking very late on Sturday night after a long day, the owners still ensured my room was clean and ready and met me at 23:00 to give me the key. I couldn't be more grateful being in desperate need of a hot shower and comfortable bed. Fantastic service from a dedicated team that went the extra mile late on a Saturday night.

The room with the mountain views are exceptional. Swimming pool and the facilities available for guests make it amazing value for money. The staff at the hotel are super hospitable and the food at the restaurant is fresh and tasty. If you are travelling to Mt Beauty as a group or with family, this is an excellent place to stay
