The room was cleanly maintained and was spacious enough with a pleasant view. The staff was amazing, they are very helpful though out the stay. Special mention to Shaan who was always in 'happy to help' mood. He explained the whole region and how to go around with so much excitement. Loved interacting with him. The restaurant serves good food and the staff there was very friendly. While they don't serve breakfast, the over all experience was excellent.

Only thing which was negative in my stay was the sound which we hear from the bathroom. When we complained, Shaan came in and checked to realize that it happens to be the pipe which runs through the bathroom to the upstairs, whenever the shower is on in the upstairs the noise was made. Its understandable that its an old property and these type of things are common.

Exceptionally welcoming and friendly staff. Beautiful views and great facilities. Nice to have a balcony. We didn't use the kitchen but it would be useful for longer stays. Lovely to be able to bring our dog. Good lighting, including reading lamps. Lots of storage space.

Pet cleaning fee charged per night rather than for the stay. Laminated floor so minimal, if any, extra cleaning required anyway. Big gap in door to balcony needs a draught excluder. Tea towel is poor quality and sheds.

The staff were great. Room very clean and well set up for a family and pet. The dinner is highly recommended was delicious. The place is an older style motel but you can see it is really well looked after. The family owners efforts maintaining the place can be seen everywhere. We had great stay. If you're looking for a place near Bright without the craziness and expense this was a great find. Don't be put off by minor things being a little old.

Our room was very spacious and clean. The beds were made every day and had everything we needed for our stay. The room has a small balcony and was more than enough for our group of 3. We arrived late at 11pm and the room was ready with the heater on nice and warm ready for our stay. Communication was great and the owners were very welcoming, professional and friendly.

Our double bed matress was a little hard but other then that everything else was more then you would expect for a motel.

Just one minor, the noise from bathroom water pipe. We're on the 1st floor, first night was all good but second night around 7am someone from not sure either the neighboring room or the one below, taking shower and the water pipe was making sharp and loud noise. we're waken up. Just bring this up to attention.

A nice mountain view from our "balcony" helped us to relax. When checking in, we were originally assigned an upstairs room. My wife and I have difficulty navigating stairs, and although we were happy to take that room, the Receptionist quickly changed our room to downstairs. They went out of their way to make us comfy and was greatly appreciated. Apart from that, room and amenities were above expectations.

Great location, family friendly and very easy to stay at.

Allocated parking bays are a bit tight, but there is plenty of other parking.

The staff were amazing. The room was clean and comfy. We had our small dog with us who was welcomed and allowed to stay with us in our room. The Restaurant was fantastic, I love Indian food and the food was great. We sat out on the verandah enjoying the views over the country side. Overall the motel had a friendly relaxed feel with all guests/visitors seeming to be having a lovely time. We would stay again.

Nice, clean, comfortable room. The view out the balcony is pretty.

The water pipes in the room are really loud. There is a loud screeching sound when someone (even in other rooms) uses water and this sound kept me awake at night.

Every thing went very well. In particular we liked the welcoming by Lucky..... we turned out to be the tenant of the motel, running it with his family. Lucky also was the chef who supplied us with some fine dinners every night. We wish them well. A four night stay was not enough.
