Lovely location set up high with gorgeous manicured garden and the best view in Bright. Especially ideal for cooler months with the unit benefitting from all day sun. Unit 5 had a wider section of balcony with outdoor setting. Room sizes were good and two spacious couches provided and lovely decor. The heating was very efficient and cozy. The kitchen was well equipped with oven baking pans and stove top cookware, cooking implements, good quality kettle and toaster and a coffee pod machine. We loved the L'Occitane shampoo and conditioner provided. All in all, this unit was spacious and well equipped enough for a longer stay.

The bed could have been more comfy. It would be nice for this price range to have a newer matress, perhaps even a pillow top. There was no microwave cookware provided - this seems to be frustratingly common. A nicer brand of coffee sachets and teabags would have been appreciated. We had to put the reed scent diffuser outside as it affected asthma, hayfever sufferer.

Chestnut Tree Holiday units are set in one of the most beautiful surroundings of Bright, Victoria with immaculate gardens and terrific views from the rooms. Our apartment was super clean and well decorated, beds super comfy and the hosts have gone above and beyond making sure all is provided for a comfortable stay. One of the top places we have stayed at in Victoria. Look forward to returning.

The location was excellent, close to town and beautiful gardens surrounding the unit. Also welcome champagne and chocolates.

The only thing would be a bigger wash line and pegs. People walking through from above our unit, and in front of our unit. Also a Spatula for the kitchen as we always cook at home. Everything else was fantastic.

The location was well suited to us. We enjoyed the spa and tennis court. The kitchen had all that we needed and the beds were very good. It was nice to have a covered parking spot and we were perfectly located to jump straight onto the bicycle path across the road.

Kettle broken. Everyone in the adding units had to walk past our window to access their unit. Water pressure in bathroom sink resulted in us flooding us and the floor if you weren't careful.

Perfect sized 2 bedroom apartment with front verandah and enough kitchen implements to get by. All facilities on a wonderful property we could want - parking, swimming pool, hot tub, tennis court, BBQ shelter, kids playground, beautiful gardens especially spectacular in autumn. Units 1-4 are cottage style, 5-10 are unit blocks above carparks. We were in end unit 5. Note, this place is 5mins drive from town.

very clean and tidy, nice kitchen and very good location, outside the Units, just beautiful views and lovely to have a walk along the street. Value of money and quick response . Definitely come next time

A bit old apartment and the sometime i can hear people using shared laundry downstairs, overall, it is very nice place to live in

Great facilities, helpful and friendly hosts - our teenagers enjoyed the pool and spa, and there's even a tennis court so plenty to do. Lots of space for everyone in the apartment, too. It was away from the main road so we couldn't really hear the traffic. A bit too far to walk into town but we knew that. Had everything we needed.

Not super private, some people walked past to hang up their washing or to find the laundry (we stayed in unit 7).

Very clean and comfortable unit, we stayed in number 10 which, although attached to other units, felt private and had great views from the balcony, living area and master bedroom. Was the perfect retreat after a tough day of hiking. Hosts were spot on with communication and organisation, very well managed property.

The property was perfect for our stay. Check in was very straightforward. The apartment was clean, beds very comfortable, efficient heating. The kitchen had everything we needed and there was plenty of hot water. Bonus was a smart tv and the beautiful gardens

The location was magnificent! Soaking in the beauty of nature especially with the autumn colors of the surrounding trees and the view of the mountains. Close to the town area and also the bike trail to Harrietville starts just outside. We were also able to play tennis!

Nothing really, everything was great! But I would refer a separate shower cubicle from the bathtub.
