Loved the location. We were upgraded to a larger room which we really appreciated. The room was very comfortable and spotlessly clean. We would definenatly book here again.

We could have used a tea towel and Chux wipe. It would have been great to have tongs for the bbq also

Great location within easy short walk to the centre of town. We had a few alcoholic drinks and simply walked back to motel. Beds were comfy, area was quiet at night. Staff made check in easy. Swimming pool was great to relax in after a days outing. Good motel for the price, I would stay here again.

A few maintenance issues for the management, that they may not be aware of. Door snip on room 27 not aligned properly so hard to shut and lock door. Pool fencing is very wobbly at entry steps to pool. Might need to get that looked at.

My room was ideal, very cosy & comfortable with parking right outside the door. I particularly liked the floor to ceiling window & sliding door which opened out to the lovely lawns, garden & pool area with a bbq area as well. The location was great, just a 5 minute stroll to the main Morses Creek swimming & picnic area & the ice creamery & shops a short walk onward from there. Beautiful walking tracks along the river very close by & the Arboretum a couple of blocks away. Pete the manager was so helpful, loved my 4 nights & highly recommend staying here.

Clean, well set, good facilities.

A skirt below the door to prevent the continuous blow of cold air from outside would be great. We had to keep the air con running all night because of the air blowing in all the time. I blocked some of the cold air putting some papers and magazines under the door, but it was not too good. Anther little detail: a little soap holder on top of the vanity in the bathroom would be very useful.

Great location, very clean. Staff put the heater on before u got there so the room was nice and warm :) Kettle, fridge, microwave. Tea & coffee, and most importantly a hair dryer were all provided! I was arriving late and let them know I’d be there around 10:30pm. Peter messaged me saying it wouldn’t be a problem at all and that he’d keep the office open until I got there. He was very welcoming. Happy to check me in late at night without making me feel like I inconvenienced them at all.

Ensuite was quite small, but okay for a couple of days.

The owner was super friendly and accomodating, and the family deluxe room was surprisingly roomy with three beds - 1 x king and 2 x double plus a kitchenette and small table and chairs. Perfect for our long weekend at the snow needs as a family of 5.

The mattress could use an update, but was workable considering all other positive details.

Fantastic location with stunning views! Simple, clean, and incredibly comfortable. Everything we needed was within easy walking distance, making it the perfect base for exploring the area. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back!

The walls were a little thin at times, but it wasn’t a major issue as we had friendly and considerate neighbours.

Great location, walking distance to township and all attractions, we just walked everywhere from our accommodation-Sierra Motel. Our room was very spacious, clean and reasonably priced. Enjoyed sitting outside on the veranda after a nice dinner in town, with a glass of bubbly to finish the day. Thinking of coming back another time.

The room was so much bigger than we could have imagined and it was lovely too. Spread out and enjoy the space during our two day/night stay. It was perfectly clean and obviously recently renovated, very fresh and lovely appointments. Loved the dividing wall between two of the three beds, which gave us a little bit of privacy , the Wi-Fi, The table with four chairs, the balcony and the view of the pool. Also appreciative of the air conditioning unit as it was cold. Extra blankets found in the cupboard were appreciated while we were waiting for the room to heat up. Cups and plates and cutlery and wine glasses all provided and very useful... And very impressed with the managers friendliness and helpfulness in finding a dinner spot and also are fast solution when there was a plumbing problem .

We loved it so much. We really don't want to complain about anything.. unfortunately, a plumbing problem meant the shower was not working properly, but the manager was super quick to offer a fast solution and very apologetic even though it was just one of those things that can happen to any one. A plus plus for customer service.

Nice size room, bed was comfortable location close to shops. Everything in the room worked. We enjoyed our stay here, the owner was a down to earth person to talk to.
