The cleanliness, the views, the bonfire, the atmosphere. Everything was absolutely perfect. I’m a picky traveler and have stayed at many places that are just surface clean, and dirty when you look deeper. Not here tho! I have never stayed in an accommodation that has been more cleaner then the cabins in this holiday park!!!! The cleaners need a pay rise!! They are doing an absolutely amazing job with cleaning the property! The amenities were perfect, walking distance to town. We didn’t have to drive much unless going to Eurobin, Myrtleford or Beechworth. We walked around town daily.

Amazing location, great cabin that was nicely built and laid out. Fantastic deck overlooking the river, full and really well appointed kitchen. V family friendly.

The second bedroom really needed at least a fan, and the split system in the main living area should have been a little bigger given it was the only source of cooling in hot weather. Also the bedrooms were really light (nit picking now because we loved the place) because the blinds didn’t sit well in the window frames - probably only an issue because we had little kids but it meant they were up super early.

The new cabin was the best including the surprise fireplace, great modern and comfy couch, kitchen was beautiful and great and the shower was fantastic with great pressure Zoe would have a real decent shower. We could not complain about anything perhaps the prices are a bit high. The Bright caravan park was actually more expensive than staying at the Shangri-La in Sydney overlooking the Opera house but we enjoyed it because we were there with family. Also, I’d like to mention that we love the township vibe so keep it up Bright for a great bright future for many years to come thank you for the great accommodation

Clean, beautiful luxury villas. Surroundings also clean and neat, nice environment to go for walks. Town centre, restaurants, Woolworths all easy walking distance. Great place for kids and adults alike.

For a group no linking between villas … would be nice if you can go out right at the front ( a type of gate) next to the verandah steps and have a pathway to walk to the next villa instead of all the way around the back especially for kids to keep an eye on them as they go next door. Gives more privacy as it is which is nice, but it was hard to communicate with the villa next door as a group. A standing lamp in lounge for soft lighting for the luxury villas at night as all the lights in the villa are too bright to switch on while watching TV and in general at nighttime.

The Luxury Villas look like they have been recently built and are in excellent condition. It was large, comfortable, clean and well appointed. The location of the holiday park is excellent and only a 5 minute walk from the town centre.

Caravans and tents are allowed to park in front of the Luxury Villlas, which is fine. But tray caravans with pop up tops and beds on top are also allowed to park here. We had no privacy for our stay because their sleeping area looked straight into our room. We talked with staff but they weren’t interested. This spoiled our stay. So be wary and ask what might be parked in front of you.

The staff went out of there way to assist. The Luxury Cabin was extremely comfortable and was located with a lovely outlook. The galley kitchen layout with room for a family to sit around the island bench was a great feature. Having TV'S in each room is a great feature for the modern family who love tech!

The Luxury Cabin did not include an oven, so the provision of an air fryer or similar in the Unit would have enhanced the stay. Rather than it being a negative however room for improvement would be individual stairs/ access gate from the Luxury Cabins to the bank of the river and additional Adrirondack deck chairs around the fire pits in front of the Luxury Cabins. We did note that a number of caravans removed the communal fire pits and placed them in front of their caravans for the duration of stay, so you could look towards bolting the communal pits in place so they are available for all to use.

The location to the main centre of town was amazing just a short stroll over either bridge. Loved being in close proximity to the river which my son loved watching the ducks. The accomodation was really clean and had everything we needed. Bathrooms were really clean.

The heating switched off during the night which meant it was quite cold in the bedrooms. Would be great if there was heating in both rooms as we had our young son with us at the time and the temperature did drop.

The park is beautiful, the location is to die for. We had a major issue with our booked room, but it was resolved very quickly and very much to our advantage. The staff was so gracious and personable and nothing was too much trouble.

We had a room above a row of powered sites along the river. If the verandah had solid walls instead of wire, we would have had better privacy. We ended up draping the wire with blankets. The only other small issue is only for hot days - the kitchen window radiated way too much heat and needs a blind or something for summer.

The villa was really well equipped with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, linen, tea etc. This meant we didn't need to pack as much (which we'll know for next time!). It was also modern and super clean which was appreciated! The view of the river was fantastic - right out front.

The beds (mine anyway) was really hard unfortunately, which meant I didn't get good sleep while I was there. As there isn't any play equipment for kids, and the park across the river was fenced off and out of use, it meant that there wasn't a lot of kid play options.

Great location to town and weekend markets. The river frontage provides a tranquil setting. The park allows fires in their fireplaces, which are strategically placed along the river front, and they sell wood at the office at $20/bag. If you are a camper or caravan site, the facilities have a pin code that provides extra security. The cabins with bunks are smaller than the photos indicate, but you would be spending most time outside anyway. Overall, a lovely park, but a bit pricey, as are all the other places. I would definitely stay again.

Cabins on the small side - if you have more than 2 adults, 1 child, would recommend booking a larger cabin A bit expensive, but this seems to be the case in Bright everywhere
