Easy access from the main road. Secure bike storage. Generous room size. Love having the sliding door out into the fresh mountain air. Everything I needed for a relaxing long weekend away mountain biking the awesome Falls Creek trails.
The windows/glass sliding doors need a curtain for privacy. I had to close the drapes which made the room dark and blocked the beautiful view. A bigger TV is needed given the position and the size of the room.

Great location with mountain scenery. Spacious room , with kitchen.
Indoor pool temp was cold, not heated , so we couldn't use pool. The temp of spa bath , could have been warmer , but the sauna was perfect. No A/C nor fans in room, so when it got warm, needed to open glass door of lounge area. A spray can if insecticide, would have been handy. The LCD TV needs upgrading, it's too small.

Spacious apartment with all included facilities in the room including a drying cupboard for snow gear and separate locker rooms for boards and skis. Locations very conveniently located close to the accommodation transfer service and within the village. Loved being able to ski in and ski out.

Great place to stay, very centrally located and always great value. Always love coming back here in all seasons for skiing and mountain biking.
Resort is becoming a little dated - eg. pool and spa area. It could do with a moderate makeover / freshen up.

Location, amenities, great facilities, customer service, had everything we need, mountain views, great summer season spot for MTB and road cycling, hiking, fishing, close to everything you need. Easy to get to.

The lift made access so easy when stairs were not an option. We also arranged transport to the bus station at Reception and they were more than obliging.
The shower and bathroom were very small. The screen door to the balcony was torn and the locking mechanism was broken. The height of the balcony rail is inadequate (and easy to climb) and below regulation safety standards.

Location was excellent. Room and facilities just the right size.
Smell of new carpet a bit overpowering the first two days. Bed sheets were a bit short. We pulled the covers and sheets out at the bottom to give us a better sleep.

Perfect Location balcony with view
Soundproof, if a bit noisy from others rooms, bathroom small, The curtin in the shower not good at all it’s glued on your skin when you have showers need to change for a box shower really uncomfortable

The room was very comfortable and well set out. The ski-in ski-out. The kitchenette. Location to shops etc.
Could have a smart TV and a blind in the bedroom. The room was quite warm and the window locked shut.

Hot water. Great location Value for price
In house coffee/tea/sugar/milk for one day. I prefer this facility for 3 days . Perhaps you can suggest this to the manager.
