Location was perfect due to the snow coverage enabling ski in and ski out. Easy access to unload luggage on arrival. Friendly and accomodating staff.

Overnight car parking at Falls needs to improve. Worst experience in years. Overnight parking near Slalom Plaza used as day car park. Advised it was no longer used for overnight however whilst observing and listening to young female parking attendant it was clear she was favouring certain car / people to parking area. When spotted I was given a sweet smile. Very disappointing as later that evening the overnight attendant advised we should’ve been directed to park in that location and not have to move. Bring back the old company to organise parking.

Amazing staff: Judy and Ben were great, they knew how to cheer our 8 year old up with m&ms! Amazing location: chair lift straight out the back door and could ski straight back in the door from the slopes! We brought all of our own food and drinks so we could cook at home when we wanted: no lines, no food expenses, healthy eating. We could warm up and dry off, an hour of chill time for the kids before we got on the slopes again! View of the fireworks on the mountain on Thursday. Will book again for next year!

The location was absolutely perfect—right in the heart of the village, with super easy access to local cafes, restaurants, and all the main ski and snowboard lift points. The view from the accommodation was stunning, making it a great spot to relax after a day on the slopes.

One area that could be improved is the bedding: I found the bed, doona, and pillows weren’t as comfortable as I’d hoped. Upgrading these would make the stay much better.

Easy access from the main road. Secure bike storage. Generous room size. Love having the sliding door out into the fresh mountain air. Everything I needed for a relaxing long weekend away mountain biking the awesome Falls Creek trails.

The windows/glass sliding doors need a curtain for privacy. I had to close the drapes which made the room dark and blocked the beautiful view. A bigger TV is needed given the position and the size of the room.

Great location with mountain scenery. Spacious room , with kitchen.

Indoor pool temp was cold, not heated , so we couldn't use pool. The temp of spa bath , could have been warmer , but the sauna was perfect. No A/C nor fans in room, so when it got warm, needed to open glass door of lounge area. A spray can if insecticide, would have been handy. The LCD TV needs upgrading, it's too small.

View to ski lift area. Drying closet in room. Kitchen facilities very good. Very quiet location, and thankfully other guests not noisy. Very spacious ski storage room.

Inability to ski down to lift and back to lodge. The upper set of steps to the gully lift need attention as quite uneven. Pool too cool

Room could be better...The step between the kitchen floor tiles and carpet is a bit dangerous that someone will trip or kick on it and hurt themself. Lighting is not suffient due to the high ceiling especially Kitchen area. Improve on Safety probably is only my concern

We stayed in the studio, and the rooms are big and very comfy beds. Location was great. The gully lift is right outside the hotel. And its real easy to walk to the centre of the village to.

Walls are pretty thin. If your a heavy sleeper like us it's fine 👌

small drying room cupboard in room - not big enough for 4 lots of snow gear, particularly when it was wet/raining. Had no ventillation for evaporation Drying room in apartment made bedroom super hot and hard to sleep

Great location. Large clean rooms. Very family friendly and goid value for money especially this early in the ski season.

Some would describe the décor as old and tired but as someone who has stayed at many places around Falls Creek I would say that not everything that glitters is gold.
