the breakfast every morning was great. consistently good food and friendly staff that made everything super easy. the ski room downstairs was amazing, kept all my gear warm and dry overnight. spa room was also very relaxing

honestly the only complaint was not having a microwave or stovetop in the apartment. just made it hard to bring any food home for the week. but having 2 minute noodles everyday wasn’t so bad

The lodge is perfectly located at the top of the resort and the rooms with their new bathrooms are lovely. The spa and sauna room is lovely. Annie is a bundle of energy and looks after everyone so well. Must is to book at least one dinner in at the Lodge the menu is thoughtfully designed and perfect.

Anne and Keith were welcoming hosts. The room was clean and comfortable and breakfast was delicious.

Everything was great. We felt lucky to be able to ski every day except one because of rain, but a rest day didn't go astray and made having a comfortable room even more appealing.

Cooked buffet breakfast was excellent - convenient and good range of breakfast food. Location was great, easy access to shuttle stop. Staff were very friendly and accommodating.

Hot water was not working during our winter weekend ski-trip stay - shower was almost impossible :( Would be nice to have a small kitchenette with microwave in the guest rooms.

Not much it was a good stay - perhaps the buffee breakfast could have included a bit more but was good

The room and bathroom were exceptional the bed was comfortable with great views

This is definitely not a complaint but we would prefer to have the choice of purchasing just a main meal we aren’t large eaters so having entree or desert with main as a prerequisite was a bit off putting. Not a big deal but maybe options would be better for those who don’t eat two courses. The meals were delicious

Perfect location, friendliness, very clean and neat.Free laundry facility.Use of sauna and jacuzzi.

Dinners at restaurant are very expensive.Only options are 2 course or 5 course meals.Portions are also small. Breakfast is below average, no fresh fruit. No wardrobes,clothes rail, or drawers in our bedroom. The sauna room needs a timer or wall clock.

Breakfast good selections, provided soy milk and lactose free milk. Good location central to village. Room down stairs modern and very clean. Friends stayed upstairs which was old and dated. Leaking sink and decore of the eighties and was expensive

Steps at front door needed to be cleared of snow and steps formed. More often dangerous to step down.

Ann and Keith were wonderful hosts. Rooms clean and quiet. Lovely big fireplace in common room, mountain easily accessible - I would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Everyone who visits Falls Creek should stay here. Cannot fault the rooms, restaurant, location or staff. can ski to the lift, food is exceptional, accomodation spotless. Anne, Keith and the team are incredibly generous and kind. Will be staying here every time I head to Falls.
