I recently stayed at Coroona Alpine Lodge for 6 nights with 6 friends and overall, it was a great experience. The rooms were clean, and the modern bathroom design was a pleasant surprise. The location is very convenient, just a short walk to the main ski lifts and restaurants, or one bus stop away by shuttle. Lachie and his team were friendly and accommodating, which made our stay enjoyable. The complimentary laundry service and over-the-snow tow luggage transfer were helpful additions. After a long day on the slopes, the sauna was a nice way to relax. The attached Mexican restaurant offered good food at reasonable prices. The lounge area was a nice space for board games and intense chess matches when the weather wasn't ideal for skiing or snowboarding. The continental breakfast was a solid start to each day, though it could have had a bit more variety. Overall, Coroona Alpine Lodge provided a great stay.

It was a great lodge accommodation. The first experience for us in such accommodation. Its not 5 star accommodation but it was clean and it has a great location. It has a great vibe with a brilliant restaurant and bar facilities and great atmosphere in the restaurant/bar area with families present making us feel relaxed and welcome. Lachie and his team were very attentive. We loved not having to wait outside in the cold or driven around to other accommodations for our luggage transport to and from the resort base as private transport is free for your stay. We felt safe on a cold and icy day as the other transport was sliding around on the ice in front of us. Would definitely return

Absolutely LOVED staying here!! Not our first time to Falls Creek but our first time staying here and will every time from now on. Perfect location central to everything, very comfortable room with en-suite, amazing breakfast included, tea and coffee available all day, lounge area with fire place, fantastic dinner available with legendary $10 slushies, very affordable pricing., Lachie picked us up and dropped us off on arrival and departure, literally couldn’t ask for more. Love love love this place!

Leaving it to go home

We stayed 2 nights. Very comfortable family type hospitality. Very cozy fire place at the common lounge area. Enjoyed our morning breakfast and fantastic delicious Mexican dinner with good beverages. Lachie pick us up from the Accommodation Transfer building upon our arrival and also provide the transport back on the day of our departure. Thank you Lachie. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend Cooroona Alpine Lodge to anyone considering going to Falls Creek Resort. Loong and Family.

The daily breakfasts were an absolute highlight, as well as having healthy + delicious, most well priced dinners on the mountain. The staff were incredibly accommodating and friendly, and it was great to support a local family.

was a great place to stay which had a really nice mexican restaurant as a part of the accomodation. they also served free breakfast each morning which was really good and tasty

rooms are a little small but definitely do the job, as there are sitting areas within the lodge anyway so it’s not really a problem

Very nice family run lodge. . Perfect for a ski holiday . Good ski storage and big drying room. Cooked breakfast every morning and amazing Mexican restaurant/bar with good vibes. Our first time in falls creek. Staff where extremely helpful Also TV room for kids to relax and plenty of board games for kids to help them wind down after big day on mountain. 👍

Lovely lodge owners and staff. Very welcoming. Reliable pick up and drop off saving us considerable $$. Delicious breakfasts each day and fabulous Mexican menu at night. Very close to shuttle #3, ski hire and restaurants.

Having to leave.

The staff were like old friends. They even made a bday cake for my sons 11th bday The owners intermingled comfortably with guests and were always available. All the staff made you feel like they really liked you, their job and seeing everyone have a fun time at the snow. Loved the lodge communal feel especially at all Meals. The snow overpass pick up and drip off was an unexpected bonus and minimised waiting around time. Also we were encouraged to use the lodge even after checking out, toilets, wash room, tea and coffee facilities, so we could ski the last day. A very inclusive welcoming lodge with GREAT melas at a reasonable price.

Beds, but they are updating

Good facilities in an older lodge. Small but adequate modern ensuite. Bunk beds were comfortable enough. Mexican meal was tasty. Good breakfast included.

Metal rungs on ladder for top bunk access. A bit hard on bare feet!
