The staff were amazing - very friendly and helpful. The location was awesome too - only took us 40 mins to get up the hill to ski and Hoys was across the Rd for ski hire. Beautiful playground and creek across the road for the kids too.

Look - it was definitely not fancy but it was clean and serviceable. I would’ve loved the ability to cook breakfast in the morning but we didn’t stay there for luxury we stayed for proximity. The vibe of the restaurant was great too.

I really liked the location and the hospitality there it’s a good and affordable place for families. But it’s a no cooking and warming food place, I recommend going but if you prefer halal food and other kind of food you better go somewhere else . I request the hotel owner to have some halal food options or let the visitors bring their own halal food or cook there 😊

They don’t have halal food and don’t allow the people to warm up or cook food in the room which is disappointing because not everyone eat same kind of food

Newly refurbished deluxe studio room looks great and has a cosy feel. I like the smell of new wood and the soft carpet. Close to start of mt hotham road I liked the live music in the bistro

There was a faint beeping noise sometimes from the property behind The fridge needed defrosting I could only get fries and coleslaw with my steak and I wanted vegetables Expensive room

Food was fantastic, staff where so lovely, loved that it is a little town everyone was so kind. The coffee from the van was so good.

The last 2 days the pipes frozen in the morning which made us not be able to have a morning shower in 1 of the rooms. But other than that and would have loved to be able to cook where we stayed but was lucky to be close to a park that had bbq's.

Beautiful little town, quiet and peaceful with great walking tracks and swimming spots in the river. Pub meals, including great pizza. Playground right next door for the kids, beautiful ice creams at the cafe and good coffee across the road.

Struggled with breakfast options, not able to prepare even basic food in the room. No toaster or microwave. A bit tough with young kids that wake early.

Location was great for basing ourselves at Mt Hotham for not ridiculous prices! Staff were great, the pub had a great atmosphere about it as well. Will stop by next season for a feed and a beer.

There wasnt anything that i didnt like about staying here! it held up to the expectations I had for it before coming and exceeded with the friendliness of the staff

Beautiful location in rural village on the alpine road to Mt Hotham. Staff were fantastic, attentive and friendly all week. Felt like home whilst we stayed there and lovely bar / restaurant facilities. Room is basic but functional and excellent value for money. 100% would stay again!

At this price point there's nothing not to like

Great value snow stay. Good location on the main road but super quiet. Rooms are quite large. Pub and restaurant in house, really handy for when you want to do nothing, just shower and eat. Free WiFi. Good heating. Clean. Spare blankets were also very clean.

We would have been happier with some cutlery and crockery for our breakfast. Toaster and mini fridge in the room, but no plates and cutlery to eat our breakfast since the restaurant is closed in the morning. I'm sure if we had asked the night before they would have given us some - the staff were super nice.

I like the tranquility and serenity of the location, it's very relaxing place. Rooms are fine and spacious enough for family of 3 adults. Shower pressure could be better but it's all good for 2 nights stay. Highly recommend and will definitely stay again.

Easy stay, located at the base of mt hotham so easy to head to the snow in the morning. Pub on site which was great, food was good and drinks were good. I would stay again

Had an issue with our door not locking, the crew came along and fixed it quickly.
