The hotel is well-kept, clean, well-located. Some rooms have a view towards the mountains. Breakfast was excellent, above expectations, lot of diversity - cheese, meats, vegetarian options, freshly squeezed juice, coffee, tea and some local cakes.

There are few parking places and given the location is central, parking was used by people not lodged in at the hotel - we found a place on the street, but towards the end of the street. Pillows were very uncomfortable, rigid and hard.

We loved the proximity to Rasnov castle. We arrived in the afternoon/evening and got a beautiful room with view to Rasnov castle. We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the accommodation and the ease to dine on site. They also have a little playground for children which was great for us, as tired parents. The food was great and the waiter was kind enough to split the adult portion between the 2 children. They also have a nice desert place on site. So all in all, it was an excellent choice, great value for money, friendly staff. We will be returning. Thank you.

Location was very good, right in the middle of the town, close to the fortified city and Dino park. Food was good, staff very helpful. The sweets-shop and bakery of the hotel were very nice. The place is child friendly

Our room was noisy and very hot, right on top of the sweets-shop and over the restaurant and parking area. There were people late in the evening talking loudly outside. Cars were running fast right under the windows. Parking was a problem as it was not the hotel area, anybody could park there - vans, trucks and on Saturday evening we couldn't find a place.

The room was a good size, it looks exactly as in the pictures. The room was clean overall except the curtain that was a bit dirty. Clean bathroom. The staff was nice. The only problem was the mattress - it is too soft, for someone with back problems is quite difficult to sleep on.

Nice big spacious room, comfy beds and very quiet. Restaurant on the evening very good and very reasonably priced. Breakfast had plenty of choice

Air conditioner wasn’t working asked manager to help switch on and he said it wasn’t policy to turn on in April. The room was very hot and un Thad go sleep with windows open all night and it was raining. A tad disappointed

Good location, proximity to old town. Restaurant open until late. Friendly stuff. Even if they do not have private parking, you still have enough space. Swedish buffet for breakfast. Rooms are spacious and well sound proof. Cake shop in site... definitely must be tried.

The view from the room is really good, so not having some chairs on the balcony is a really bummer The double bed had 2 mattresses, leaving a very small gap. It would have been nice to be only one.

The hotel looks very nice and it was also very beautiful decorated for Christmas. We stayed in a superior double room at it was perfect for a family with 2 children. The view was also nice. Very good food (the best I ate in a 4 stars hotel), playground for kids (indoor and outdoor), very tasty cakes at their own cake shop. Proximity to Dino Park, Zoo Brasov or Poiana Brasov makes it a great accommodation place. We will definitely come back. Thank you!

I really appreciate the atttitude of the receptionists as we were in a huge trouble with a minibus - broken on the highway. The receptionist was willing to help us and arranged our minibus was transported to a car service. Wide range of meals for breakfast (hot, cold, vegetables, fruit, cereals, sweets....), facility and room cleanliness exceeded our expectations. Another benefit there are a lot of to see and visit within a short distance. Really recommend the hotel to stay in. I hope to come once more. Many thanks URSUS team from the Czech Republic.

Their device to pay for the hotel service was broken, so it was a bit more difficult for us to withdraw cash in ATM. Apart from this obstacle, still ready to come :)

First mention: I have stayed at this hotel for 5 times from now. I always choose to come back here due to excellent location, impressive food variety and that it is very delicious also (I'm vegetarian and I always have a lot of options in the menu), and not last, the fact that the hotel is very clean and the staff like family (very helpful, nice and kind).

That I couldn't stayed more :o).

Breakfast it's ok for a 4 star hotel, in the center of Rasnov, quite and clean room. Frendly stuff at the reception and ready to help you with all the informations that you need.

The mattresses are too soft and the room needs some improvements: the rug it's a bit used, the wallpaper and the curtains are broken. Also the cosmetics products have no validity period.
