Wonderful location with a silent nature surrounding, beautiful view, and the smell of pine trees. The room is very clean, cozy, not a speck of dust. Enough room for a week-long hiking trip with all the luggage. Big bathroom with large walk-in shower! The breakfast is great and has a wonderful personal touch! The hosts really do their best to provide every customer with their best service and warmth. Highly recommended!

The best of the best! Very nice location, very clean and the hosts were just wonderful. I enjoyed my stay so much and I slept very well! I already recommended the place to my relatives and I also plan to be back. If you just need to escape a little bit from your day by day life and hit the reset button on your life this is the place to go!

The owners were very welcoming and ensured everything was fine. The breakfast was freshly made and generous. Even if the house is a little remote, you can either order food for dinner or get to Semmering about 4,5km walk. I took the bus to get back as it started pouring rain (1,90€). It felt like at home. Thank you again for the warm welcome.

Very good breakfast for reasonable price, helpful owners, good transportation by the owners if you travel by train, walking distance to wonderful trek paths.

Small rooms.

Spacious and clean bedroom & bathroom. We really enjoyed the stay in this accommodation. The hosts are nice and kind people. The breakfast was very tasty. We will come back again, for sure!

Great stay in a very pleasant house. The hosts did their utmost to make our stay enjoyable, helping with everything. The room was spacious and comfortable, we could use a patio seating with a nice view.

Cannot think of anything!

We liked our spacious and clean apartment with balcony. This place is located in silent nature. Just perfect staying for us and our small kids. Friendly owners gave us a lot of tips for trips with children. Breakfast was served at time we requested and hosts provided a simple dinner for example oat porridge for kids and wiener snitzel for us 🙂. Delicious. And one more thing, when we arrived we got home made plum cake. Many thanks!

The owners were very friendly and nice. They offered us dinner for a very friendly (or more than friendly ;) price. Cozy place and very close to Stuhleck and Simmering.

The room was smaller (but the price was reflecting that so please, don't get this as a real complaint), mainly when we had to dry our wet clothes after skiing but nothing significant.

My family really enjoyed the stay in this accommodation. The hosts Dana and her husband are super nice and helpful. The breakfast was tasty and it's only 2 mins far away from Stuhleck. We plan to come again.

The guest family was very friendly. We had a lovely chat each morning. They were extremely helpful. One day, I had to park downhill, as the road to the facility was very slippery. The next morning, they drove us to our car and showed us a better way which was not so steep and I had no issue to drive to the facility on remaining days.
