The hotel has an absolutely fantastic location, with spectacular views of the Viennese mountains from the balcony and the restaurant terrace. It offers a swimming pool, wellness. Excellent breakfast and 4 course dinner (perfect and refined behaviour of the waiters). Excellent price/quality ratio.

The room was quite small and lacked a kettle and coffee/tea making facilities. Fridge unfortunately only on request (but accommodated willingly). Only one chair for 2 people.

Excellent breakfast, very friendly staff at the restaurant, especially the Hungarian "chief". Normally priced.

We would have preferred two beds together/or twin. The room itself was cosy, also with a small terrace, but including bathroom on the whole rather tiny.

I was looking forward to using the swimming pool and t was the main reason why I picked this property I know that it wasn't very busy when I was there the school holidays had just finished. I asked reception what the temperature was before changing and going for a swim. I think if it was 20 degrees I was lucky needless to say it wasn't warm at all. I had invited a relative to have lunch with me and my son. They had schnitzel and I had duck it was ok they were Luke warm we were the olny guests, the water had a long walk from the kitchen to our table perhaps some plate covers would help keep the food warmer. In the passed I have stayed here and have enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was a great good selection I only had black bread and some ham. The coffee was good the waiter was excellent and very friendly.

It's location

The location of the hotel is amazing. It is right next to the ski slopes and from our room, we had a view over the whole valley. The staff is accommodating and friendly. It was our second time this season and they greeted us as friends.

The quality of the pillows leaves some things to be desired, but which hotel pillows don't? The WIFI is only accessible through the hotel website and you have to go through the same process every time you want to use the internet. The look of the hotel is overall a bit outdated, but it is well-maintained and super clean.

The personnel was really friendly and helpful. The restaurant view is amazing and the food (both breakfast and the dinner) is great! The location is great for hiking. I would recommend this place all in all.

The rooms can use some upgrade. Especially a mini fridge would be perfect! Also the pool could use some renovation.

We had a room with spectacular views. The restaurant is great for dinner and also has a very good breakfast. Staff are always friendly and helpful. A great place to escape the heat in Vienna in summer and in winter of course for skiing and all other winter stuff.

Water pressure on the third floor is very low - really a minor issue.

Free breakfast was great. Sauna, steam room, gym and swimming pool are amazing. Dinner was great too. Very reasonably priced. Have shuttle to the train station. Very helpful and friendly staff. Close to the ski slope. Have a ski equipment room.

The carpet and decor in the room are from the 60s.

The staff was very friendly at the reception and also in the resturant. The breakfast was also good with decent choice. The dinner was presented in a very nice fine dining way. Parking space was available and also the requested extra bed was already prepared in the room upon arrival. Pool is also really nice and also usable with smaller kid. I can recommend the hotel for families, with nice panorama.

The bed was way to soft and the pillow was as soft as unusable. The pool was clean and nice, but the temperature was really low like in a swimming pool, not like in a wellness area. However the room temperature was higher than expected. As recommendatio maybe the room temperature can be decreased a bit, and the spared heat can be sused for the pool. The biggest problem was the water pressure in the bathroom. In the shower I was hardly able to wash myself, and it was a nightmare for my wife to wash her hair. It was the same in the pool shower.

Room with balcony and mountain view. Small room, but the balcony was appreciated. You must eat there; the food is excellent, worthy of a great chef. Sophisticated table service. Quiet room. Large, very pleasant pool. Parking in front of the hotel. Breakfast with a wide selection.

Welness including sauna & swimming pool availabe, excelent restaurant, view from the hotel, bycicle room in the groundfloor (no problem to park bikes). Very polite staff.
