Breakfast was good. We had enough for our family, there was even food left over. During the day and for dinner, salads, pizza, local cuisine.

I liked everything, but there is a small remark. If there is a kitchen in the room, then put a towel to wipe the dishes, some rag for washing dishes. In the bathroom, add a towel for the step, it will not be superfluous. The hotel should think about putting additional printed information about the surrounding area, where to go, how to get there, what to see. You have a lot of beautiful places near you, but where is the information? This is for you to think about, a question for your marketing. Add this.

Our stay at Sonnenalm Stuhlek was unforgettable! From the warm welcome to the impeccable service, everything exceeded expectations. The rooms were spotless, beautifully designed, and offered stunning views. The dining experience was outstanding, with delicious local dishes, wine :) and an exceptional breakfast buffet. The hotel's location was perfect—close to the ski lifts. The spa and wellness facilities provided the ideal way to relax after exploring. The hotel is located directly next to anchor ski lift, you can walk out in your ski boots. Everything in hotel was new and very clean. Breakfast was fine, not amazing/not bad. They have a very good coffee machine and a good coffee. Staff very nice, friendly a helpful.

More wardrobes and shelfs whare to put our stuff in room and bathroom would help. Spa area very tiny - only one small finish sauna and one jacuzzi bath (not the big spa one, but smaller one like some people have at home).

Fantastic, close to river, in forest, amazing pool, with clean water, and 31 degrees temperature, bar service, and spotlessly clean enviroment. Quiet and peaceful place, beautiful rooms, very nice host. We spend short weekend here, but we will definitely come back in future. We also liked, that place is above Spital am Semmering, and is walking distance to City center (if you like walking)

Almost nothing, we loved place. I was in dozen of places across Austria, this is compared to price/quality one of better we been. I dont usually give 10/10 but for this place, it was great.

Literally a diamond in the rough finding this place. Everything about it was exceptional and the staff went above and beyond our expectations. Yes it is a true ski in / ski out hotel so no issues there. Not that many rooms in the hotel (believe 15 total) and yes they are small which is why we (party of 2) got the family sized one to accommodate for all of our luggage and ski gear. Ski rental place is right at the bottom of the hotel and you buy lift tickets literally 20 meters from the hotel and the hotel has a dedicated area for everyones' ski equipment. So it is a one stop shop when it comes to skiiing. And disregard all the previous comments about the only food being pizza - new management and the food was phenomenal. Breakfast buffet was small but good variety as well as taste and the dinners we ate were superb - very large portions and cooked perfectly. And to top it all off, Nicola picked us up and dropped us off at the train station a couple kilometers up the road. Room was clean and beds were comfy. We've done quite a bit of traveling in the world but if you come to Stuhleck to ski this is the place to stay.

If you are looking for wild night life or a party scene you wont get that here (we werent looking for it) and it really caters to families or those couples there primarily to focus on skiiing. Also there are some reviews talking about an outside pool - theirs is covered up but downstairs in the hotel is a hot tub and sauna (we didnt use either)

Amazing staff, they went out of their way to accommodate every request. The location in amazing, the place has a great atmosphere. Dinner food quality is great. Flexible and solution-focused staff

It would be great to have a child-friendly menu in the restaurant and if we could start having breakfast before eight in the morning. A shelf in our room would have been great so we wouldn't need to live out of the suitcase.

This hotel is under new management, and I would HIGHLY recommend it to anyone looking to ski in Stuhleck or just visit this beautiful town. If you want to live on the slopes, this is the spot for you literally on top of a great ski rental shop that handled everything we needed (very affordably) and is next to one of the lifts. When done skiing there is a great sauna and hot tub room onsite to relax and make you feel great. The value for your money is fantastic, it's a beautiful property with very friendly staff (who just happen to be experts on wine!) and with the new chef, it is a great experience 10/10 on everything. Looking forward to coming back to Hotel Sonnenalm Stuhleck in the future!

The owners are super helpful and always ensure that we had all we need during our stay. The food in the restaurant is to say the least extraordinary and way different from the typical Austrian menu. We had mouthwatering tomahawk, ribeye and spareribs amongst many specials they offer. It's the best family run hotel we could bumb into. The ski lifts are just next to the hotel and the ski rental shop is under the hotel. Everything is well placed for a dream skiing holiday. Well done. Would recommend anytime!

We stayed in a Presidential Suite. Would be nice if there were complimentary bottled water for the price I paid. Only complimentary instant coffee and tea but no electric water boiler nor cup inside the room. I'm not sure if I have to ask them to change our towels and daily cleaning inside our room. I just assumed it's a standard so I left some towels that I want to be replaced on the floor. No housekeeping was done.

The staff was very nice, they spoke excellent English and helped us with everything. Also, the breakfast was great, with many buffet options to choose from. They are under a new management, so just ignore earlier reviews.
