Excellent location when travelling from north to south and vice versa. Good WiFi and plenty of parking. Very good breakfast and good value for money. All staff were friendly and helpful. The room was exceptionally clean and very comfortable. Nice and quiet for a good nights sleep.

There are only three negatives:- 1) only one person was on duty in the evening trying to do reception, bar and restaurant - the hotel was pretty full so a lot had to wait a long time to be served . It was also very unfair on the poor lady who had to do everything . 2) The entrecôte steak was abysmal - very fatty and chewy and expensive 3) There were a lot of dogs and when I say a lot I mean a lot - we counted at least 12 all at once. This is not good for people who have allergies or are nervous of dogs. Several dogs were uncomfortable with each other which wasn’t a nice experience. I also wonder about hygiene in the rooms, although ours was very clean.

Your Tv was Very poor Many channels did not work, bad tune. No one on site were able to adjust. I know i am in France, but you are an international organisation. You did not have a single news channel in English. and even France 24, a regular foir me in england did not work. Think this is poor and not up to your past standard. May i say on this trip in 4 accord holels ibis and Novertel not one had a single english news channel operating.

Such a well equipped and well kept hotel given its location. Located perfectly for travelling to south of France or Spain and such a hidden gem. Staff were amazing, very polite and the rooms were small but had all you’d need and loads of plug sockets and USB ports. The tv had chrome cast and the shower was amazing. Parking on site that’s free and convenient and the bar and restaurant area was good too. It’s pet friendly which is a further bonus.

No complaints at all

Lovely hotel. Easy to walk to the centre and take in the vineyards. The lady who was on reception on thurs 20th Feb was very helpful. Good value evening meal,, and breakfast was sufficient. I was travelling solo with my dog who was too young to leave alone in the room. The staff were helpful at meal times with a table close to the restaurant where I could sit and eat with my dog,. Excellent value for money.

The location is great with a short walk into a beautiful town. Comfortable beds and a lovely breakfast. Staff work very hard and are very accommodating.

On the ground floor you can not leave the windows open overnight as there are no security locks attached. We don’t like air conditioning so would like to sleep in a secure room with the window ajar if possible? You have to book early to get a room on the top floor.

Staff we're v welcoming+helpful. I had several issues on leaving, forgot several things, and they dealt with it all. Refused a tip too! Very nice to have a restaurant there as well, to eat inside and out on terrace. For drinks @lunchtime - Burgundies galore, and good coffee - and dinner in the evenings. We came back for the delicious burgers!!!!

The lighting in the bedroom is very poor and must be terrible for anyone with sight problems. The bedrooms have recently been refurbished but not by someone who would use the facility. Tiny bedside table and no shelving in the bathroom. The evening meal was poor quality.

Great location for a stop off on the way to the ferry for Sardinia. Easy access from the motorway and plenty of parking. The restaurant served good reasonably priced food and the bar has a terrace. Next time we will stay an extra night so we can explore the local area and many restaurants in Nuits Saint George.

The reception, quality of room and the breakfast were all as we expected having stayed here before. Adequate parking is always a bonus especially at a hotel near a town centre.

The lack of any real choice for the restaurant main meal. We did eat here earlier this year and had the most meagre piece of dried chicken breast. There doesn't seem to be a chef just someone who can do some short-order cooking. Didn't eat in.

All the staff were friendly and helpful. A handy location just off the autoroute. The town was very pleasant. The restaurant was closed but we were directed to a good bistro in walking distance. A convenient drop over to the channel port.
