The staff and the whole resort. We had a great holiday here (5nights as part of our 3 week trip) and did 4 days of diving. I wish I could call this island my home because wauw! The resort was a bit slow, as we were there just when high season started. This was very nice for the personal attention. The restaurant is very good with great staff and food. Also the welcome we got was so sweet! Thank you, exotic.

The beds at the beach are not really comfy, which is also a preference that changes pp ;)

The beach is wonderful, probably the best beach on the island. The massages are worth booking, the food is excellent (the pizza is delicious!) and some of the staff are really friendly. We really appreciated Arman, the bartender who made some really good cocktails!

Although the room was comfortable, the bathroom could do with an upgrade. Also, it wasn’t clear how to get to the resort from the pier, a complementary porter service would elevate the resort and the experience.

We booked the dive resort but unfortunately for us we ended up diving with another company as the resort didn't have enough people to do the dives on the days we had available. The resort was lovely though - the staff are super friendly. The restaurant is 10/10. We didn't really eat anywhere else as we wanted to try the menu. Our room was at the back and had the roosters going off all hours of the night - not a biggie. The massages here were also really great and worth going to.

The rooms were probably the most luxurious you will get on the island but some upstanding of shower units would be helpful. The staff were so friendly and helpful (except a little slow at times) Chef Marco always helpful and would try to knock me up something with what he had-was surprised with the lack of Seafood but seems to be clash between the ethics of the Dive centre and the Restaurant an odd Crab or Lobster etc would have been nice. Chris the Dive Manager (Hotel Manager ???) is as Mad as a March Hare and on the surface seems so laid-back that he seems comatosed but the Dive team are great and very professional. would be a Great team to learn to Dive as Chris is a Great Instructor . Some how I got persuaded to take the Nitrox cause was worth it when finally seeing the Thresher sharks-worth the travelling half around the world for the experience

The food on the videos looked great but most of the time things not available same goes for drink (coke kept on running out) You expect a lot of mosquitos in the Tropics but the restaurant was also infested with Ants and Sandflies my ankles a legs bear the scares.

The entire staff..dining and dive shop crew went above and beyond to ensure our stay was an enjoyable experience and our safety was ensured while diving . Special shout to Mr Julius (Dive master), Mr Fredrick ( Dive master in training), Mr Benji (Boat captain) and the Restaurant staff, Ms Edline, Ms Neza, Ms Jackie ,Ms Aileen, Mr Armin and Mr Franz. You guys made the holiday a 5 star experience !!!!!

Not one thing!! What a great place to holiday

From the moment we arrived at the reception on the first day until the checkout on the last day, everything was perfect. The room, the restaurant, the location, and the safety were all excellent. We are especially grateful to all the staff who took such great care of us. The 2-night stay at the Exotic Resort will be unforgettable. We hope there still will have The happy hour event during our next vacation as well.

Very clean. Staff are extremely friendly, helpful and nice, shoutout to Jolina from the reception. She truly made our staycation a great experience throughout because of her friendliness, her smile, very accommodating and helpful same as the masseuse Susan, her expertise in her work helped me walking around with out discomfort..

It’s not the property but the boat ride that terrifies me however the staffs are so helpful and truly protective and understanding.

we all noticed that most of the staff were not very friendly and the kitchen/ waiting staff almost never came to check on us, we’re not attentive and again we’re not friendly. the one exception was the waiter Arman, he was nice and didn’t make us feel like we were just a bother to deal with, like the others did. the receptionists though we’re good and friendly and very helpful. when renting snorkeling gear, the staff there were mostly not friendly and I felt like I was annoying them by even asking for help. but all of that didn’t make our stay bad, it was a very nice stay.

The restaurant and food were top notch and the staff were excellent as well. This resort truly exceeded my expectations and I would recommend it to anyone going to Malapascua island!

The only thing I might complain about was the wifi service and it’s not even the hotels fault as I think it goes out across the island

The hotel is located in the only part of the beach, which is not used for parking boats. This ensures you beautiful sunrises. The rooms were very clean and nice. The massage was great! The food is delicious, and it is not expensive. The front reception are very helpful with everything. The staff are very friendly people, always with a smile. The place is quiet, very nice, and safe.

I didn't have a kettle in my room at first. If you ask for drinking water, they offer you to buy a gallon, but they just left it in my room, and for women, it was very heavy to install it.
