The breakfast was phenomenal, and the rooms were big and clean. They also have a secluded computer room with a printer.

I received a call at 11:15 from the front desk saying checkout was 11:00. On the door of our room , it clearly shows 12:00 checkout (picture attached). Another thing I noticed was the inspection certification for the elevator expired 4 months earlier. That should never happen. Elevators should be inspected annually.

Stephen R. at the front desk was amazing. Very friendly and welcoming. The Room was really clean and the breakfast was good.

When inside of your room you can hear all of the noise in the hallway. We stayed in room 172 and our door constantly got stuck. We had to put extra force to open it.

My favorite thing about the hotel is the staff! Very pleasant and understanding. Came in from Boston and I felt cared for while at the hotel. good value for money but even better value when you consider the folks that work the front desk.

Breakfast was great.

The property is showing its age and could use a renovation. Our A/C unit was falling apart, but fortunately we didn't need to use it.

The overall stay was great. Some of the guests were a little loud and obnoxious

The location was great for our purpose, to visit Andersonville and The Mighty Eighth museums. Our room and the facility were very clean and comfortable.

The property was fine. However in our room, the light over our vanity and the hair dryer didn’t work, and the shower curtain was torn. Also, the ottoman next to the chair was badly stained. The breakfast was disappointing. Because the bed was comfortable, we managed because we had to be out traveling each day and it suited our purposes.

The head desk people was very friendly and courtesy and respectful. Breakfast was good, and housekeeping if you asked or made a request they did their best to make it happen. Overall if I'm in the area I would stay again.

Really understanding everything that's going on in the world recently with the Covid-19 and all for our safety and the staff as well everyone's health and safety was very important. Truly I really do not have any complaints I was satisfied 💯

Booking.com showed this as a pet friendly location however when we arrived we learned it was not. The manager allowed us to anyway because it was an emergency (evacuated from hurricane Milton). Not the locations fault obviously but the app should be updated to reflect correctly.
