New boutique styled hotel on walking distance of the Old City!Rooms are well sized with very comfortable beds with crisp linnen,including a decent bathroom with all emenities.Breakfast is very complete.Very friendly personell,speaking good English as well.They also run a travel agency and offer a lot of possibilities,including taxi service,which was perfect.Money change is also possible.Supermarket around the corner. Very recommended!! Tip: for good food(and local prices;),try the Rustambey Chaikhana near the northern entrance on the outside of the Old City.

We booked the Anor Qal'a,but it was being refurbished so they transferred us across the street to the Bibihojar Hotel. It was great. Manager Ahkror, clerk Doniyor, & assistant Dinora were helpful & attentive, with good English spoken. Breakfast was fresh & tasty. Definitely a great place to stay, with a really good restaurant, Khiva Moon, literally 3 minutes walk around the corner-( turn right out of the lobby, in the opposite direction from the route out to the main street with the bank on the corner).

The street going in to the Hotel is under repair, but not a big deal unless you're afraid of a little dust

We loved our stay at Anor Qal’a! Location was very convenient- only 5-7 minute walk to Itchan Qala (old city). It’s newly renovated with spacious rooms and bathrooms. It was super clean and immaculate. Breakfast was an array of delicious traditional foods brought to the table. Staff are very friendly and helpful, even packed us some snacks before our outbound flight.

I travelled with 2 kids and hotel was super comfortable for us. My kids didn't want to go back from the place. Breakfast was amazing tasty. We loved the place and hotel staff

"My wife and I had the pleasure of staying at Anor Qala, a new hotel conveniently located just near the main gate to the old city of Khiva. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed with the exceptional hospitality provided by the young owner. He went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Even before we arrived, he was in contact with us and personally came to pick us up from the train station , which was a fantastic start to our visit. We arrived a few hours early than the check-in time, and the owner was very accommodating, allowing us to check in early. The room was clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. It was evident that the owner took great pride in the upkeep of the hotel. The owner offered us a free drop to the train station when we checked out. This level of customer service truly sets Anor Qala apart. The hotel's location is excellent, with supermarkets and eateries in close proximity, making it convenient for guests. We could easily walk to the old city, which was a significant plus. Overall, I wholeheartedly recommend Anor Qala if you're planning to stay near the old city in Khiva. The combination of a friendly and attentive owner, clean accommodations, and a prime location made our stay a memorable one."

Brand new building, everything is new and fresh. The rooms are spacious and bright. Awesome breakfast too.

There were few teething issues with the shower but the staff was friendly and helpful.

We are a family of 4. We loved our stay in Anor Qal'a. The rooms are very clean and spacious. The hotel is very well located near the old city and close to very good restaurants. The hotel staff is extremely nice and helpful. We highly recommend this hotel.

Location...5 min slow walk to old town which allows multiple visit over 2 days. Near 2 super markets. 1 SIM card shop. Reasonable airport pick up and drop off. Excellent local breakfast. Family atmosphere. Strong WiFi. Clean abundant water. Hard bed. Large room. Excellent value for money.

Great location, really friendly and helpful manager and staffs, lovely breakfast was served, and the room is clean and tidy. Also I was there in the early morning, the manager arranged to pick me up and also let me checked in as the earliest as they could! Everything is just so good!
