The staff were lovely, and we got into our room early. The bed was comfortable and the room is quiet. On our floor there was a station with carafes for filtered water. We tacked our first days stay onto our tour stay and we're able to stay in the same room. Lovely quiet local area and Paris was a walk away over the motorway.

It's old and dated. The carpets have stains. Although the bed was comfortable everytime my partner got off it made a bang noise. The use of papercups was a bit yucky for coffees. The shower water flow was very weak. You have to request your room fridge to be turned on and it took me three requests to get this happening even though I mentioned I was travelling with medications that needed to be kept cold.

The hotel has very practical approaches to making one's stay comfortable. The restaurant has an excellent menu, with affordable prices and delicious choices. The staff at reception helped me with printing documents which I had to send via courier, and went beyond my expectations. The location was perfect for my meetings in the area and close to other restaurants in the neighbourhood.

Breakfast was amazing, cute rooms, good snack bar in the lobby, great price.

You are outside of the core neighborhoods in Paris and traffic will take you over an hour to get places. We traveled around at less busier times and it solved for that.

it is an old property; however what needs to be kept functional has been upgraded (pluming, air co, hairdryer, tv, wifi, bedding). so it is very comfortable and efficient. You dont hear the sound of the street which is super important as you are near the perif) Staff is excellent, they exceed expectation. Smiling and super efficient.

The selection at breakfast was excellent. The coffee was average. Although it came from ground beans, it did not taste great. The orange juice was very nice.

The room was a little on the small side and the air conditioning was either too warm or too cold. It was hard to find the right middle ground.

We had to ask for new cups/ glasses as well as coffee/milk for the room as they weren't replaced after day 1

Good business hotel, friendly staff and ok breakfast facility. Free wifi connection is nice!

There was no soap at the bathroom, or at least the canisters were empty. Noted it twice to the staff but without any resolution.
