We stayed here for three weeks and we were able to completely find our peace. A nice place with a quiet beach nearby and nice locals. Stella and Adonis also made our stay very convient. We are two friends around 23 years and they just felt like our parents haha. They came to clean our house every three days and we could always contact the couple if we had any questions. A friend of ours wanted to surprise us with breakfast and emailed the accommodation. Stella and Adonis did their best to give us a nice surprise breakfast. Really appreciate it, it was delicious!!! In the evening it is nice to sit outside because you have your own private patio. There is good parking and there is a very good restaurant across the street (Thea). And if you just want to lay in the garden, thats also possible. You can find a few sun loungers underneath the olive trees :) So in the end I would definitely recommend this place.

Of course there is always room for improvement! :) We both thought the pillows were a bit too hard. A softer pillow would make it better.

Very clean, nice balcony or terrace for larger rooms. Close proximity to breakfast, dinner and ice cream shops. Close to the beach.

Only thing I would have preferred is to have been a bit farther from the road. You hear the traffic, though it's not as if it's busy.

The apartment, like all of them, faced the sea so we did have a view of the sea. On the patio there was large, good parasol and it also had a lemon tree which gave us good shade when we needed it. Stella, the lady of the apartments, was very helpful. There was a large garden area at the side and also garden in front of the apartments. We knew the road was in front from other mentions but it didn't bother us and as the bedrooms are at the back it didn't affect our sleep. There was a kettle, a very good electric sandwich maker and coffee machine.

There could have been more basic equipment in the kitchen.

1. This is the most clean hotel you can imagine. It is sterile. You can make surgery there if you need. 2. New restoration. Fresh paint on the wall. Brand new furniture. Perfect white bed sheets. 3. Really soft and comfortable bed and pillows. A lot pillows! 4. Every little thing and every detail is thought out and cared on! You will have everything on the kitchen and in the room. From boilers and pan, juicer, sandwich machine till special lead extension , so you can sit with your computer outside and work with cup of coffee on the fresh air. 5. Most clean beach in area! You can swim really far but still see bottom of sea under you. And it is not crowded. A lot space and visitors are not disturbing each other. Because of some geographical issues-here is almost never waves or storm coming. Calm and clean water. By the way here is second giant beach available too. 6. Animal friendly hotel. 7. Near hotel are bus station and shop. 8. Really strong internet. I worked 12 hours intensive shifts with wifi and it was totally perfect. 9. What is the best part of this hotel - his owners. It is family business which is not a business. It is talent and vocation to make your stay comfortable and pleasurable. Most kind, friendly, honest and caring people I met in Greece. This is the best place of Ierapetra.I spoiled by good hotels. But this hotel is absolutely unique and I will come back here with huge pleasure again and again.

There are no minuses at all.

The room is really nice, comfy and clean. It is located in a great spot with beautiful beaches nearby. Antonis is a great guy and very helpful with everything we needed for the room. He also gave us great tips for food and places to visit. This was our second visit here and we will surely come back again.

The only downside about this particular room we stayed was that the shower wasn't very spacious and we struggled a bit.

Such a lovely stay. Very clean and the hosts were so friendly, explaining everything clearly to make our stay the best it could be. When they knew we were on our honeymoon they even put a bottle of bubbles in our room which was very kind. Definitely recommend!

The staff was welcoming and helpful and gave us good tips. They were also very cautious and adopted anti-covid measures. The room was big, fresh and clean.

We had asked for a double bed but they told us it was not available and we were given a twin room instead.

nice clean room. well taken care of. nice comfortable kitchen. great host, very nice breakfast, close to a great restaurant and a great supermarket and a great beach.
